- Barely able to keep up with him, as it turns out he has a lot less trouble dealing with tight and exposed single trails than I do..... Luckily I was able to save some energy on our way up the 1100 vertical meters of climb with my brand new Kenevo, I needed it to somehow stay on the trail as he was ripping down his XCO world cup bike down the hill.
This is part 2 of a nice little Sunday afternoon with Nino Schurter at his home town Chur. Can't wait to show you how he hits the jumps in the bikepark soon!
Wonderful run! I love your blabla runs with Nino! I rewatch them almost every day trying to figure out some of the techniques. At the end of this video, you mentioned making a part 3 soon. Will you be posting it anytime soon? I'd love to see more.

I know something the XC is a Lot of fitness part of MTB like road bike but thé fun part of MTB is Enduro or DH thé most fun type of MTB Enduro is better than XC in all part but if you make Enduro thé XC helps to you for training 🤘🏻
It’s a exhilarating to carry momentum on a single track that has its curved, turns, ups and downs, and with the ability to stand and smash the pedals because there’s not as much suspension, you feel like a rocket going up the mountain after carrying momentum through a turn. You can just skip over the tops of rocks and easily change lines like you see Nino whipping his bike easily back and forth. My previous bike is an all mountain bike and I’m having much more fun on my light and agile XC bike.

I think it's because it was shoot last year.
I think it was because he was in the cup wining Swiss Cross-country relay team from last year.
Riding with Nino could be very dangerous if you are below his stamina/strength level. You might collapse and die trying to keep up. He may be insensitive towards the condition of the rider with him and may even take a perverse delight in torturing him. All of this could be unspoken, of course.
Or once the adrenaline kicks in, it’s hard not to want to put down all the power. It’s satisfying to fire every muscle fiber at feel then blood rush through the legs.
