🏁Template Builder Will give you information about the other files that make up model Architecture. It also Allows you to understand different joints and how they communicate with each other.
Building a template means defining parts, how they connect with each other, and how the template communicates information to other templates and the test rig.
🏁At the template level, it is not crucial that you correctly define the General subsystem parts, assign force characteristics, and assign mass properties, because you can modify these values at the subsystem level. It is very important, however, to correctly define template part connectivity and exchange of information, because you cannot modify them at the subsystem level.
🏁When building templates, keep in mind the assembly process. That is, make sure that your templates can communicate with each other and can communicate with the test rigs you specify. In Adams Car, communicators
define how models communicate.

It is a very nice video. I had made a template for H-arm by following this method. But none of the simulations (parallel wheel travel, etc..) were working. The adams solver is showing an error(maximum number of iterations done , value not converging). Can u please help me with this problem

I think you can get this in Adams help.
Open your spring dialog box and press f1. It's show you all info related to spring.
You can't differentiate between preload and installed length because both have different function and units as well.

I made my custom template for atv. But while parallel wheel travel analysis , wheel does not goes into rebound. Even though I have J=100 and R=-100.
Can you tell me what's the problem.
May be damper and spring rebound stopper haven't defined properly.

How can we prepare the subsystem in ADAMS view. I want to design Front Suspansion in ADAMS view. Its more simple I learned it at university however i forgot it. It was 3 years ago.
I m living in Turkey. Even in İSTANBUL there is no any course to learn ADAMS Course. Even if you find it it s so expensive. If you help me about it with one more video I will never forget you believe me.

You have to select the parts to which you want to provide rebound stop.
It like selecting two mounting points of shock absorbers. I hope it's clear now 👍.
