That oil was first used by Alexander the Great , when he reached India. Still in use to this day. It will be in use through the next Century.

no need for hatred mate...i dont mean that the entire oil is literally burned, they just keep a little bit of burnt oil that they add to fresh oil giving it the black colour.
All it does is intoduce more harmful fats into the food and increases your cholesterol. In other words it tastes better.
