I agree with you ...it should wear gloves ....many people in India , Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan ...you could find these type of street vender
@@AmitcoachingCentre11596 it’s not a prominent thing for the people in south asia to use gloves while preparing food. But again we also shower daily, clean ourselves thoroughly with soap and water after every bathroom visit and wash our hands thoroughly with soap and water before eating, preparing food or any kind of such thing. Also muslims who pray regularly has to wash and clean themselves for it, 5 times a day before the prayer. I am not sure about the personal hygiene of these street vendors though, but I assume using gloves might not be that much of a feasible choice for them, cause most of these vendors are lower income poor people struggling to earn livelihood. So if you are expecting top notch hygiene from street vendors I am afraid most of the time you might be disappointed.
