The Dell runs fine. I sort of have a philosophy to run my PC's with minimal software apps, and keep them as clean as possible. Apps that run in the background tend to cause delay and such. This Dell has a SSD drive and is really fast. So far, no problems... I also have a Macbook Pro, but don't have any problems there either.

No. They're held on with allen screws. I can adjust them as necessary, but no need to remove them.
