Agar is a mixture of two components: the linear polysaccharide agarose, and a heterogeneous mixture of smaller molecules called agaropectin.[2] It forms the supporting structure in the cell walls of certain species of algae, and is released on boiling. These algae are known as agarophytes, and belong to the Rhodophyta (red algae) phylum.[3][4]
Agar has been used as an ingredient in desserts throughout Asia, and also as a solid substrate to contain culture media for microbiological work. Agar can be used as a laxative, an appetite suppressant, a vegetarian substitute for gelatin, a thickener for soups, in fruit preserves, ice cream, and other desserts, as a clarifying agent in brewing, and for sizing paper and fabrics.[5]
The gelling agent in agar is an unbranched polysaccharide obtained from the cell walls of some species of red algae, primarily from tengusa (Gelidiaceae) and ogonori (Gracilaria). Hindi ko pa natry ang coconut milk pero may ibang nagawa po ng ganyan if you want to try lagyan mo na lang po ng pandan leaf para hindi cya more coconut scent... thanks❤️

You DON'T put agar agar into hot water, it's the heat that activate the agar agar, therefor it must be disolved in cold or room temperatured water.
And the type of agar agar you use, MUST be soaked in water for about 10 mins. before being added told cold or room temperatured water, THEN you turn on the heat.

Huhu bat watery sa akin even if na refrigerate ko na. Is it because sa fruit mix? Or malaki yung lalagyan ko? I'm so confused. Dati naman d nag tutubig.. 😭

Wag masyado makapal sis ang lagayan or if makapal ang lagayan pede mo naman na bawasan ang tubig para sure pwede ka naman mag adjust basta yun gatas wag mo bawasan at yun bar (4.2 cups= 1 litre ) so 3 cups of water , 1 can condensed, 1 can evap.,2 jelly bar + mix fruits siguraduhin salang maigi para walang tubig(palamigin muna bago ilagay sa ref.about an hour to make sure)😉hope it can help❤️ thank you for watching😍

Always use fresh fruit, less sugar more flavor .
pag nilagyan mo siya ng fresh na grapes, mansanas , dalandan (family nito etc.) at pine apple ay hindi magpi firm or mabubuo ang gelatine mo unless kung ibabad muna ito sa syrup. these fruits contain bromelain enzymes ....just saying or google it
