Actually I agreed with Ben. Lighter colors of Baju Kurung would actually fit Jade more. The dark brown actually make Jade facial features a bit toned down.
I wish theres a place in Malaysia where foreigners can rent our traditional clothes just like in Korea. Anyone pls make it happen

i still remember the vid when jade & azira shafinaz (I can smell Nasi Minyak episode) bout the wedding,the Q&A and all of that,never thought we are here somewhere along the line to get some small-non-serious vibe bout the wedding..for more comforting place other than hotel,there are other outles that have the same vibe interm of budget or cheaper for it..most places in malaysia city have that wedding spaces specially for it..
In Malaysia, every Muslim couple who wants to get married..they have to go to a wedding course for 2 days (not a 1 month) and every couple who goes will get a course certificate for their wedding ceremony..and if they fail in that course they just have to repeat it to attended the wedding course... For anyone who wants to go to a marriage course, it's not necessarily that they will get married in the near future...for example, like me...I already went but I'm not married yet...heheheheh 😂😂😂

Not all wedding package cost 20k++ ....there's a lot of cheaper package too(from another wedding planner)..but of course this package looks grand...

There are brighter colors of wedding clothes like white, light purple, light grey, cream, etc but i guess the company wants to promote their dark color instead! So you are free to choose your own color of favor next time. 😅

For the sampin i think it is too small for ben. One way of getting around that is using it in ikat bunga as it would be used one sided.

Personally, the dress colour pallette of both is not suitable for such auspicious celebratory once-in-a lifetime event ie marriage. Too dark, too sombre reminding me of a Hollywood Tim Burton's dark satirical movie Corpse Bride. Sorry being forthright! The colour pallette is too gloomy, too depressing as if one is attending a funeral. It's a constructive critique of Galore's colour choice/selection mismatching not only the skin colour tone but also the occasion. Wedding is def a colourful festive event. ✨️ Lively colours that uplift the mood and ambience. Making the bride and bridegroom glowing with happiness. Really, this is so depressing colour choice. Again just personal opinion.
