    Even though this video is 3 years ago, the exercise moves will always be timeless. There are so many fitness youtuber's and i would say i return to your videos most often.

    I love Fitness Blender! The workouts are challenging yet doable and effective. I really do feel like I have a personal trainer in my home. I've been doing these workouts for 2 years and at age 52 after having 5 children I am in great shape! Thanks!

    I honestly don't think my fitness level would have progressed to anywhere near where it is without your videos (but I still have a long way to go!). I hope you know how much everyone appreciates you giving us such awesome free videos.
    I have been working out for years (but got out of it for a couple years and gained a bunch of weight :( ....I realized when I started doing your videos that there were so many exercises and stretches that I had improper form on...Thank you for not only providing awesome workout routines, but teaching me as well!

    I use the same weight throughout for my dumbbells as they're a pain to take apart but still get a good workout. I like the way Dan keeps explaining how to do each exercise correctly as (Kelly is performing each exercise). Well it helps me from injuring myself.

    I am recovering from a stress fracture on my foot and these upper body and core workouts are so helpful for keeping me moving safely. Thank you! I really appreciate the mix of low and high impact workouts that you offer.

    I LOVE this workout. I started using 2kg per hand and now i'm lifting 4kg per hand. I do it mainly because i want nice and toned arms and shoulders and it works. thanks guys!

    I'm studying abroad so I didn't have weights to do the exercises but I'm glad I at least got through with the second repetitions of each section. I love your workouts!

    I love Fitness Blender now! I wanted to work out today especially since I'm snowed in, but didn't feel like looking in a book at different exercises. I will be able to do a couple videos every day!! I am so anxious because these leave room for NO EXCUSES! And Kelli, you're the bomb! :D

    Im starting today- warm up, butt workout with dumbbells by Kelli, this one, and stretching. Im using 10lb dumbbells I bought at Target. Remember to eat healthy and cut on sugar, fructose syrup etc. I lost over 20lb just by cutting on sugar and eating at the same time each day. Now I want to tone my body and loose a couple pounds. 😊 I love your videos! Gonna check in in a couple of weeks!

    This one was great, I did not feel like doing any type of cardio because my bum knee is inflamed and hurts... so I walked for about 10 mins at the park then came home and did this upper body workout. Glad I did! Got slightly warm and sweaty and I know my arms will be sore tmrw :)

    Loved this workout! I normally only do HIIT training with lots of dynamic movements. To add a little but more intensity to this workout I added 3 minutes of high knee skipping in between each superset. Thanks for the great workout.

    I ambitiously bought some 3Kg weights (which I was able to lift 6 months ago, but haven't been training since, so muscles are crap, especially my arms). This is the first video I've been able to use my new 3KG weight all the way through, hopefully this is the beginning of being able to lift them weights again :D

    You are so lean and feminine Kelli, in spite of using such heavy weights :) Not to mention strong as well. I don't think I could go over 16 lbs.
