Shop looking great. 48:51...Ryan is a master caulker also...lol When i seen the flat brush that was planned to be used for the cut in, i thought to myself this is going to be a fun watch. lol
I've had luck just pulling apart the 7.3 starters and regreasing them. After 20 so years it often turns to a semi hard sludge and jams stuff up, esp in colder weather. Though if there hasn't been any issue with the starter disengaging, its likely stopping at a really weird angle it refuses to mesh with the flywheel, that seemed to be pretty common too. They only really fall into 4 different spots because of the engine cycles and chew up the ring gear. I think they offered upgrade bendix spring kits to try fix that. Outside of that, spacer plates are pretty common. For whatever reason it seems like these starter mounts/shift and obtain play over time, usually less than 1 - 2.5mm. I suppose it could also be wrong starter and wrong flywheel teeth count, there was a few sizes that will sometimes semi work, then act up. After a life of working on the idis, 6, 7.3, 6.4, 6.7s, the starters seems to be a huge weak point on these units.
Torn flags can be dropped off at any VFW some in my area have drop off boxes outside where you can place them in and someone will empty and probably dispose of it.

Burial: You can bury the folded flag in a dignified box in a marked grave or in a location that has special meaning to you or the person who owned the flag.
Burning: The U.S. Flag Code prefers burning as the method of disposal.
Recycling: Flags made of synthetic or nylon material can be recycled.
Hold your own ceremony: If you can't drop off the flag with one of the groups mentioned above, you can hold your own ceremony.
Anne definitely has the hardest job out there glad she’s not taking days off anymore 😅
Man respect to Ray for showing restraint with the way you speak to him. Like he is a child 😂 all the time
No way would you ever show Fransisco that level of disrespect
@@thegapfiller 😂 ray is a child.
I love big RAY man hahah 😂❤
Annie makes the morning easier for a lot of people I think, I mean she’s so precious, keep up the great work you guys do and have a blessed day!! 😊
Annie ! 🤗
As a professional painter over 20yrs exp in milwaukee/waukesha,theres alott i would of done dif but they are doing a pretty good job considering being concrete guys, if the cabinet guys are coming next week all Ryan really needed to do was paint the area's the cabinets where being installed and finish the rest after the electricians are done, but i also understand just wanting to get all the painting done at one time.
.good job guys. 👍🙂👍
if you area professinal you wuld no it is not a good job lol it lowers the vaule of us painters people thinking anyone can do it
I first painted in 1962. I first painted for money in 1971. I still paint, what do you want to know? Fun watching the rookies. Thanks for the entertainment.
Wasn’t fun for me, my o.c.d was kicking in bad
Carlito and Francisco are a good mix of guys to have around. Tino and Ray are good too everyone is working harder since Eric got the can. Hopefully Ryan can find one more good finisher for next year.
2:12 "I might make my own eggs at some point, but.."
not today !
Shop looking great. 48:51...Ryan is a master caulker also...lol When i seen the flat brush that was planned to be used for the cut in, i thought to myself this is going to be a fun watch. lol
Even my granddaughter would put the pain liner in the pan. Not know the word perspiration!
Loving the shop, looks great 👍
I've had luck just pulling apart the 7.3 starters and regreasing them.
Hey Ryan. VFW’s typically have a flag retirement box. Love the channel.
Torn flags can be dropped off at any VFW some in my area have drop off boxes outside where you can place them in and someone will empty and probably dispose of it.
I used Iron Ore recently at a rental property. Great color! I enjoy watching the progress you and your team have made. Happy New Year!
Building this building has really, really brought out the “I’m better than you” mentality in Ryan. It was always there, but hidden well. Now he doesn’t even try to hide it.
Yup, TRUE NARCISSIST!!! HE IS WEIRD,doesn't SEEM to act the same way around wife & kids(except Ryan jr.).
Don’t like the channel, don’t watch. Better yet don’t comment!
@@iain2971 I love Francisco and Tino and the guys. Ryans schtick for UA-cam is wearing a little thin though. Look how he treats his guys and other contractors vs how he treats his kids and family
Bro I now for 100% it’s 1 of the fuel injector or all of the injectors failing F350 and put winter fuel i am following your channel for 3 years now. I am a mechanic in the Nederlands so I am Dutch.I love what you do man.
With kind regards Dave the flying Dutchman.
32:45 big Ray is such a goober! 😂😂😂
Got onto your channel 3 days ago and feel like I’m part of the crew now 😂 great vids and happy new year 🤙🏽
Love that Annie helps Ryan gets the Morning off to a Great Start
Those are NICE dumbbells!
American Legion will take care of the flag properly. Happy New Year to you and the crew.
Hey Ryan, The VFW should have a retirement box for that tattered flag. The VFW!!!❤
Ryan going around asking people for a hit of horseradish is like the towns most generous crackhead 😂😂
The building looks great!
I would highly recommend epoxying the floor. We were hesitant at first but super glad how it turned out, and it’s not even that hard to do it’s just like painting.
Do u see them painting? Lol
@ yeah you right 💀
@@jackpot50-jv Cisco said he has done epoxy flooring in the past.
The way Francisco and Ryan keep giving each other that look 😂. Ray you leave yourself wide open man lol
I love Ray I really do but sometimes I think he’s brain is shot hahahah
Take your old tattered flags to your local boy scout troop or your local VFW they will dispose of them properly.
Love the videos
Hey ryan, after your all settled in later on in summer, maybe have a meet n greet with fransicos lowrider buddies putting on a car show lol
I had a dream, one day in the summer Annie is going to be outside sitting on the trash can lid. Like, she'll be super ready for work lol. Ray trying to get that 2025 bonus early, dude shows up early, and gets on it. I love that, keep going Ray that's amazing.
That horse radish diet Dr Pepper combo might be lethal 😂
That's a really nice set of dumbbells 👍 thought that color was going to be to dark but actually looks nice.
