I've been wearing the Popover Hoodie very often for the past 6 months and I haven't had a single pilling problem so far and the color has faded very little. It's one of my favorite hoodies and I absolutely recommend it!
you mean A&F rebranding ti fast fashion poor quality and micro trend looks? yeah man real genius to move away from quality garments and unique store look, real genius…
Thanks for the honesty bro! I also find the AF cropped is TOO short, I don't wany my belly button showing if I just simply move. Overall I think AF are moving towards a good direction but as you mentioned, a lot of "trendy" stuff.
@@kevinauyeung8 to be fair I think they do a better job at the trendy stuff than some other brands. That price point just gotta come down for me to be on board.
dont usually comment but been watching your videos since the baggy jeans one, and its like you make a video about what im in need of every time. one thing ill say, ive had the popover hoodie since like 2021 or 2022 and the hoodie has been in my rotation since. ive washed it countless times, never ran into pilling or anything like that. i got it in large in black and its definitely shrunk down to like a medium and the color has faded just a little, but i think thats a given for a hoodie going onto its third year. recently with their black friday deals i snagged a few for like 40 dollars, which is definitely a steal in my opinion. i know recently people have started to care a lot more about heavier GSM/more premium hoodies which are super cozy (which i dont think the abercrombie one is), but i've just been hesitant on buying from these lesser-known brands and paying so much in shipping. that being said it'd be cool if you check out those sorts of brands and test them for me😂
Thanks for the comment! Glad I could get you the info you need. Yeah I had another person comment the same thing about the hoodie and pinned it so other people can see, it’s good to know! Any particular smaller brands you had in mind for me to check out?
@@vo_san theyre not really small brands, just not the typical commercially available brands. the brand i was going to try was watc studios, but some others i heard about were hours, 13 studios and lucid blanks and im sure there are a LOT more that i just dont know about that are better. mainly tryna find the best mix of affordability, coziness and quality in a blank hoodie.
I’ve been buying AF jeans since last year. I have like 5 pairs, they’re amazing quality. They also have a “short” version for some pieces, example: linen pants. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is better than H&M, Zara, and maybe even Uniqlo
1:50 naww 150$ for pleather is crazy, just get a real leather jacket secondhand for cheaper, plenty to find around 90$~ range even on more curated vintage online stores, its better for your wallet and the environment anyways. I promise youd like it more or atleast have a better idea of how to feel about them if it was real leather. The way they wrap around your body is wayy different from pleather, like when you did the turn around, even though it looks like it would form to your body, there were so many obvious wrinkles, which could be from people previously trying it on and stretching the plastic.
A&F for me is like 40% great value, 40% just not good for the money and 20% absolute dog water. And I personally hate shopping at places like that where it is like spinning a wheel.
Yup! Just got a cropped hoodie and sweatpants with a short inseam and both are perfect! Like a lot of people have mentioned, the only negative I have is the prices. But it’s a good thing their stuff always goes on sale 🙌🏼
What sweatpants would you recommend right now for something higher quality than the Abercrombie ones? I'm always open to paying more for something that will and be a timeless piece.
Although way pricier I’m a big fan of the Lafayette sweats by pool house New York I love how they look on me. I also like my pair of jerzees sweatpants and wear them to the gym all the time also they’re like 12$
@ I’ve seen the pool house New York brand on insta, 130 for sweats does seems like a lot but for 100% French terry with a good wide fit might be worth it. Thanks for the recs!

Hello brother. Honestly i really.don t know what s happened with this brand...i want.my.old.abercrombie.back. Is just too.overpriced and poor quality ,or.let s say low quality for how much they ask for The only.thing that i love are the tees, pack tees..they are lovely fit, comfortable and goes.with everh outfit The jeans honestly, lile.the sister.company.hollister,both of.them, very disspointing..i don t think it s only me.saying this but.having jeans.from.fatface,armani,calvin klein, levis etc, going to abercrombie jeans is just poor quality.and fit The.only.good thing i think is the style they add, the.fashion is just something different than the competition....

You air drying or in the dryer?
Abercrombie's rebrand has to be taught in Marketing classes for decades to come
For sure! They also made a the great choice of hiring Aaron Levine for their men's line.

That’s the material blend from most of the mall brands but agreed $90 is a lot when Uniqlo is coming in at $50
What size do you wear for that carhartt jacket?
Medium!
When do credit card interest rates and balances catch up to the people buying these overpriced clothes?
Just refinance the jacket later
