- With all the craft items available to buy it can be tricky to decide what to buy and if certain gadgets are worth the investment. I've used my friends vinyl cutting machines before, and I love making personalised items and t shirts. The cricut machines seemed so expensive and I wasn't sure how much I would use one. The vinyl cutting machine in this video is a LOKLik and is currently a great price compared to other brands. Links below.
I liked it a lot for the price and it was easy to use and I got up and running with my designs pretty quickly. Through the video I give you project ideas, so it's great for beginners. @@RedRockingBird very nice. My daughter has a vinyl cutting machine and she made me a beautiful monogram for my car back widow(Subaru suv). I want her to do me a long sleeve tee with “ I wear my heart on my sleeve,”on the front and my grandchildren’s names down the sleeve .

I absolutely love your video! Are you using only the brand of vinyl sold for the machine? I bought Siser Heat Transfer Essyweed Ecostretch Vinyl and I’m having a lot of trouble getting the settings right. I’m a newbie and I’ve wasted so much material. 😢

Thank you, I’ve been using the HTV ront so all settings have been already programmed. Hopefully you are having a bit more luck now, instead of wasting much material, can you cut a plain small circle or letter to test it and then adjust the settings either way until it works, but if a faff I know but something I have to do at the start of using any of my new machines. Hi Von, I would have thought you could cut stencils yes, I’ve not tried yet. But you can’t use dies on this no. You can import any svg file and cut it, thanks, Sarah
