Best starter mushroom (and seriously everywhere) is the Pennybun. I think it is 16 health/16 stam, might be higher. Also, if you run into aggressive animals, the stone pick is the best early weapon

@@murkYuri I "just" unlocked the cast iron axe. other than maces, cheapest weapon to skill up weapon smith is spears. with 1 iron spike (which costs 1 iron bar) and 2 nails with a short rod, you can craft hundreds pretty easily (it was how I leveled WS to unlock things )

Nice guide. To allocate more timber to charcoal I build my first round of containers out of reeds. Still hold 14. Still get Carpentry XP.
I would like to see an in depth jewelry making video. I know it is the red headed step child of professions, get ahead of the curve before it's patched to be better 😊

I went with 12 Basic Charcoal Kilns and 6 Basic Furnaces.

@@murkYuri I have calculated the materials needed to make 8 attempts at making Iron Chopping Axe and 20 attempts on Iron Pickaxe for my clan members :)
(Which is about 2000 sapwood in total, for all crafting and charcoal)
