I love your tutorials Andreas, I myself am an advanced TT player ( not even close to you ) and this helped me a lot since I was always confused about what stretching routine to follow.
So perfect. I like the real time length, this way I can use it every time after practise. Mb some home workouts also real time specific for tt? That will be cool. Keep up good work Andreas. 🏓😉
I was looking for exercises like these. Since I began to play table tenis feel my pains began to increase. I will give it a try, I am sure they will help. Thank you
Nice video. Ive watched a few of them recently and all really good, especially your fh step around one. If you get a chance I would also be interested to learn more about your physical training routine. I mostly do running and then do two full bosy gtm workouts 2x a week but curious to see what you and other pros do
Great video bro I always watch you when you play tournaments. Question I have is when do you do these stretches every day before or after training or you don’t do them so often?
Oh my goodness i never expected a professional table tennis player to upload of video about stretching routine???? thats a great help thank you so much your video are helping me alot kindly in the next video can you show a tutorial on how to do forehand topspin ? how to be consistent with it? Thank you so much
Great vid, thank you 😊🎉 Btw I saw you commented about doing this after training. I was wondering about that I was told by some physio friend it's not recommend to do static stretch right after, would love to know the reasoning behind doing it after vs disconnected from training session. Also interested in before training/match stretches (dynamic?). But I'm hoping you will do a vid for that in the future 🤞
Why nobody talking about this. I am playing in the local league since I start to playing in a higher level specially when I have to reach a ball far away I can experience hip pain. Went to doctor they said nothing wrong with my hip is muscular or a tendent with physio therapy that pain went away, but beginning of the season is starts again every year. Now that problem is solved. Andreas Levenko there is any tips why am I experiencing pain in my elbow similar to tennis elbow again extra exercise and stretching is helps. But I am thinking about maybe something is wrong with my technic ?
I rexebtly developed pain in my left hip joint. Is this more likely because if wrong technique or missing stretching? I'm young and only play twice per week
Great video, but the 3 minutes is sometimes a bit long to watch. Maybe next time you can use a time-lapse or timeskip, then the video doesn't feel so slow. I found "the beninging" just before minute 15 very funny🤣🤣
Hahaha yes „the Beninging is placed on purpose 🤙🏼 I thought about doing it like that, but it is supposed to be a follow along so people can use it after training in real time 👍😊

Great video bro I always watch you when you play tournaments. Question I have is when do you do these stretches every day before or after training or you don’t do them so often?
After every training while your body is still warm 😁🏓🙏🏼🤙

Thank you for watching and you’re welcome 💪💪
Good video, love you bro.❤
great video brother !!!
Thank you Brother 💪😁🏓
Nice quality video! An idea for the editor is to add some arrows or heatmap on your body to indicate where the stretch should be felt.
Wow cool idea thank you 👍🏓👍

Cool down your body a little bit and it’s surely very good 😁👍
Dynamic stretching before training 💪
@@AndreasLevenko
Thank you!
Just wondering if there is a real advantage of doing it after training vs disconnected from training
Do you plan to video warm up( or steching?) before the match/ training.
After training 👍👍🏓
Great video!
Do you recommend DHS Hurricane 3 neo national blue sponge ( 39 or 40 or more degrees) for amateur player.
39 for amateur player so you have more control 😁👍🏓
How often should I do this stretch?
After very training 💪 It will bring you to the next level 🚀
@ so after every training, also make videos on how to train on table tennis at home❤️❤️❤️
Any wrist or arm stretches you recommended? I feel my wrist are sore from backhands if I don’t play for 1 week or more.
Yes sure I will make a video on that.
Try the gorilla stretch 👍👍
Still waiting for equipment video 🤞
Next one will be the equipment video 😁🤙🏓
When should you do the stretching? Before training or after? Or 1x a day?
1x a day after training ! 👍🏓

Very important to also use self massage or some sort of triceps stretch and always a lot of stretching !
@@AndreasLevenko It's getting much better thank you for your advice :)
Do you do that routine before every training? Or after?
Always After Training 💪 very Important 🏓🤙
Whats your warmup routine before training?
I rexebtly developed pain in my left hip joint. Is this more likely because if wrong technique or missing stretching? I'm young and only play twice per week
Pretty sure because you don’t stretch regularly 👍
Alright, thank you a lot! Will try for the next weeks and report my results!

@@AndreasLevenkoI think I saw the same video of that dude who can't pronounce beginning in a speech 😂
Someone is using your content and not giving you any credit
Really ? Can you please show me ? 🙏🏼
@AndreasLevenko Yes, it is a channel called Table Tennis Study (TTS). I am alerting people who I follow about this because it doesn't seem right
Do you speak Russian?
Yes Brother ))
