if u want rush. bt-11 devimon can be played out for reduced cost with new mirei and u can just choose to not digivole. he only needs yellow digimon or yellow tamer out with both mireis are
I play it with Patamon/Tokomon from BT14 and with Ophanimon ACE and Lilithmon and it works better than expected. Ophani can give you a lot of checks if you play it in your turn and if you play her in the opponents turn, she recovers the deck.
I don't know why people insist on using black gato, is not a holy beast nor angel so mastemon ace cant play it and doesn't work with the new mirei. Bt 11 devimon is far better, is a fallen angel so is searchable by gato, st ladydevi and cab be used with maste and mirei
i do not understand why people play blackgatomon over the bt11 devimon he is searchable has rush and retaliation evos for 2, salamon cant even evo into blackgat for reduced as it is a dark animal not a holy beast, also the new chaos mode is only ok in the deck the old one works very well still
You should really have follow ups to these called something like "Budget deck" because even with the old cards this deck is bloody expensive! Also same deck but staying to the theme of the deck so Mirei's partners with nothing going to far from the line. You'd be surprised how many people don't want Meta but want the theme of.
i have meiko and cody tech choices, and i play flamne hell scythe as my option, for consitancy and trash recovery. i play 2x psyshemon insted of 2x bt16 salamon, especting allot of 7 demon lords decks. insted of black gatomon, i would recomend bt11 devimon, it is a fallen angel, has rush and retalliate. i run 4x the ex6 angewomon and ladydevimon, with 2x bt11 angewomon and ladydevimon, still thinking of waiting for bt18 for lucemon: chaos mode, sinds that one is just better than ex7 lucemon: choas mode, and we won't have to wait to long for it's release, though bt7 lucemon: chaos mode, lets you traget tamers specificly, witch might be better in the futere. aka Shoto Kazama (EX7-064).
I was gonna put about the devimon but then saw this lmmfao. I think the only advantage blackgato has over devi is its unconditional rush but and returnable by bt16 gato. But being able to hard play devi for 5, then using ex6 mirei to refund x anount of memory and swing for game can be invaluble as a finsiher, and also its returnable by maste ace for same reasion.
Legitimate question. Black Gato isn't angel or holy, so it doesn't have the synergy the devimon has. the devimon can always work since it is fallen angel type. That bt11 angemon too can create a funny moment, if it is deleted and you play the devi that can still trigger the new mirei
@@LtZerge i remember my mastemon deck getting a few wins here and there with the bt11 devimon and angemon. Makes me wonder how much better the combo work with the new tamer
@@ChristopheDuran I think it is not as necessary compared to before just because you only need a couple of cards from it. But if you find a good deal for the starter decks, I would definitely grab them for the convenience without having to hunt for singles!
Rules Question. Salamon (EX6-016). [Start of Your Main Phase] If you have a purple Digimon or Tamer, gain 1 memory. Does it require a PURPLE Tamer to gain the memory? Or can it be any Tamer?
BT16 Salamon isn't actually that good in this deck, at least not good enough to run 4 copies. Yes it can play your gatos from trash but unfortunately it doesn't trigger the EX06 Mirei. At best it just unbricks you later on in the game when you don't have a Gato, but I would rather run an option like Calling from the Darkness so that you can go full combo with both Mireis. The inheritable is ok but I would rather run memory gain inheritables like BT11 Ignitemon or BT8 Candlemon, since DNA digivolving resets it and you can easily gain 2 memory per turn from them. Blackgato is just an inferior version of BT11 Devimon since it can't be searched or summoned with maste ace. I think Myotismon Ace is an interesting tech option since it can potentially play your other Mireis from trash after you already have one established, or float floodgates like gazimon and psychemon.
What is with the word disrespect being thrown around here replacing attacking? This isn't a fighter game where you respect the block or wakeup. Bro is attacking like attacking period is disrespectful then when tf do you attack?

Doesn't ophani ace get the attack even on your opponents turn if able too (not suspended)
@@Zelhx if i digivolve and go over memory its still your turn until all your effects resolve. so she would be swinging on ur end of turn phase

Wanted to update my mastemon deck but this prices are insane .-. like 300+ usd to get just the new cards.
