Looking at the last turn, I believe that Mastemon could not attack since Gatomon was played in the same turn, that is, instead of two attacks, Paddy would only have one attack from Gatomon with "Rush"
@@juninhosantana2652 Look up the rules for DNA digivolving, it creates a new digimon that can attack, it doesnt care about the status of whatever you used as material.

True. Although, with Mastemon ace prioritising angels, fallen angels and archangels, bt11 Devimon might be better.
Ranga lord working the way we thought it worked when hastily reading it and Mastemon proving DNA/Jogress Acing is going to be insanity as we thought. A great video all around and for sure confirming I'm going to make this my first box ever purchased instead of just packs.

I'm not understanding. How did Mastemon swing for game? It didn't have rush and he did a bunch of evolving but nothing he evolved with had rush either. The only thing that could attack at the end of the final turn was the thing with rush. What am I missing?
Once You Jorgress , since there are cards on the field already. You already have made those requirements to attack. Partition plays a huge role in this factor as well. Play two specified colors and level from that Digimon. And then you can Jogress again. And do the same thing 😂.
Why were the on play effects of angewomon and Ladydevimon skipped each time they were played ?
The last part where mastermind attacks doesn’t she have summoning sickness and can’t attack the turn she is summoned ???

At 10:03, if paddy have a tailmon in hand, he can play it and mastemon can alliance with tailmon to attack the last 2 security which are both ragnalordmon. Then mastemon ace can finish the game

Cool tech (unless it was changed in the recently) piercing is a triggered effect, so, raijin inheritable to prevent deletion can trash the piercing inheritable cause it has already triggered
Mastemon is a real powerhouse archetype; it hasn't lost a single one of its 3 games on the channel. Shame its new playmaker is an SEC rare

Ragna couldn't be touched by the effect when he entered the field. Also, Spada was gonna be deleted anyway.

Im curious, why did the ragnaloardmon deck not digivolve into bryweludramon first and then attack security before placing raijinludomon as a source to force an attack?
12:40 crazy how the Mastemon deck can go from an empty board without anything in raising and only 3 memory straight into a Lv6 DNA + a bonus level 4 and attack right away with both.

Didn't come on this video but instead of black gatomon is better devimon, is a fallen angel so mirei and maste ace works with him, and black gato is no holy beast so have 0 sinergy on the deck
RagnaLoardmon put up one hell of a fight considering the vast difference in support each deck has. ST Ragna is probably better in this match-up rather than the OG, since it's a real game ender.
Its a hit and miss, the way the new support works is wanting to dedicate to a single line instead of gacha’ing out pieces, in exchange it has better overall effects. This however does leave em more reliant on tempoing like crazy during turns as it lacks offensive pressure, this can be resolved with the Sec Atk Tai though and the defensive side of things can be made more oppressive with things like Kongou (to stop specifically to security effects like Maste Ace or CD), or Waltz End which can completely eliminate the option potential entirely leaving only digimon effect dp reduction as the way to answer him or crashing over which suspending for blocking then would pop the entire board save stuff like DeathX or Reaper

Yup, since DNA Digimon count as new Digimon on the board that weren't "played". It also refreshes OPT inhertiable effects.
When he got out Gatomon and DNA Digivolve into Mastemon. I tought it can't attack since it didn't have rush (I am new to Digimon tcg rulling) But great video!
A DNA digivolved digimon can attack the turn they digivolve even if it was played that turn

Not super familiar with EX06 Mastemon, but could Ragna have hypothetically won if they evolved the Spadamon for 1 cost instead of 0? I don't recall Maste ever going above 0 memory after the Gatomon play, so would their turn just have ended?
nah they were at 1 memory after the Jogress so it didn't matter
Can somebody help me? I've seen a couple of videos and I think I'm figuring out a bit, these are showcases of decks with products that haven't been released yet? I want to start playing the game, and I want to play the Mastemon deck because, well, is Mastemon haha but I'm super lost about what should I buy and/or wait to buy to make the deck, I know I might be asking a lot... but if someone has the time to answer me I would deeply appreciate it.

love the video but ragnalordmon should have won, on ragna's last turn the digivolve to Spadamon would have costed 1 if im not mistaken. 12:28 This would have ended Mastemon's turn at the digivolve to lady devimon on the following turn letting Ragnalordmon attack with no blockers right? If im worng somebody please correct me

No they stil have turn because lady gave memory they be at 0
They would have been at 0 instead of 1 memory when they won. They still win because you have to resolve all the effects before going to end of turn

DNA digivolution causes a new digimon to come into existence. That Digimon is not played. Thus it can swing on the turn it comes into existence

Game mechanics state that a digimon that enters the battle area via dna digivolution is able to attack that turn, even if one or both components were just played that turn, this mechanic existing since the Imperialdramon line gained the ability to dna digivolution

Cpro coudlve choked paddy to 1 in the last turn instead of 2. Just evolve for 1 with spadamon on kakkinmon instead of 0.
When digivolving from kakkinmon, its cost is 0, not 1.
@prinoftherng if you have multiple valid digivolution costs you get to choose.
So they can choose to evolve for 1 or 0 as both are valid

While the game still ends up the same way due to the cards in Paddy's hand, Cpro did give a memory he didn't need to
