I think I've been inspired by Kevin and will do the two cabinets that are roughly equivalent. I've put them off because I also need to readjust some shelf heights which is silly - it only takes seconds to do! Today's the day! I don't know why, but something about his calm demeanor makes me believe I can actually toss a lot of things I've been holding on to "just in case".

I want to be happy too. Have had immense set backs and challenges since last March. Feeling so defeated in all areas of my life. Now with the drama in the USA currently, I have felt many unneeded stresses, anxiety and depression. Your videos help and are encouraging. Kevin, my oven gloves are the same ones. I bought them because of your recommendation. Now here is the difference. Every few weeks I take a pail, put the gloves in and pour boiling water and chlorine bleach over them, let them soak overnight and them put in the washer. Let them air dry. Like new.

Yes! I love the assorted jars and containers and the handwritten tape labels. It feels so unnecessary (to me) to spend huge amounts of money on labels and containers that all match and may or may not be suited to what's being stored.
I thought of you today. I completely took everything out of a bedroom and did a major reorganization. I thought to myself "Kevin's videos are inspiring me to get organized." Kevin, thank you so much for this video. This past weekend we were in Cleveland, Ohio, for family obligations. Cleveland is 3 hours away from Detroit and CLOSER to New York. My 5 y.o son saw you in downtown Cleveland too. And his big brother 7 y.o told him : " there are 1 millions Kevin in the whole world!" And my 5 y.o son responded : No, Calvin! There's only ONE, Kevin!"
" how come he doesn't know you then? " asked his big brother.
My 5 y.o with confidence: "he knows me! He sees me in my living room ALL the time!"
My oldest son addressing me : Mom, can we drive up to New York to meet the real Kevin?"
I said : Maybe yes, maybe no this time. We will see!"

I shared your joy in finding flour. I bought 25 lbs of high gluten flour for learning to make bagels and a better pizza. Both are so expensive now at the stores. I rationed the flour into quart jars for 20 baking sessions. I didn't have a 5 gallon bucket at the time.

Hi Kevin, I would like to suggest that you store your cooking and baking supplies in canning jars. You won't have the clumping and stale issues that way due to plastics allowing air to come and go and supplies stay fresh much longer. They come, as you probably know, in a great variety of shapes and sizes to fit your storage space needs. I label mine front and top with beautifully lettered masking tape :) Thank you so much for continuing to provide and share your show, it's a much needed calming time in these tumultuous days.
