“Will consult with industry,” K’taka Minister Priyank Kharge on job reservation bill for locals

- On Karnataka’s job reservation bill for locals, IT Minister of Karnataka, Priyank Kharge said that he is sure that before coming up with the rules of the bill, they will have due consultations with the respective ministries and more importantly, a wider consultation with the industry. The bill contains provisions for 100% reservation for locals in private firms in "C and D" Grade Posts. He said, “The bill has been brought in by the labour department. They are yet to consult with the industry, the Minister of Industry, and the Department of Information Technology. I am sure that before coming up with the rules of the bill, they will have due consultations with the respective ministries and more importantly, a wider consultation with the industry. So there is no need to panic. We are going to safeguard the jobs for the state as well as encourage investments in the industries with their consultation.”

Private companies should shut down in Karnataka and shifting into other developing and developed state like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh,Andrapradesh, Telangana,Aasam,..... and so on , they have friendly policy and welcoming skilled immigration .... and I am sure other states are starting lobbing for industries/companies...

Haryana tried to impose locals rule, it reversed by itself because companies do not work under such harsh control. Reservation only increases incompetence. companies cannot accept incompetence, because incompetence is never profitable. Freedom to choose the smartest people with the right skillset from Karnataka and rest of India is like a fundamental right of a private organization. Government babus sitting in HR offices rejecting job applicants is revival of brutal license raj of british era which bankrupted India in 1990. we begged for money to UK and UK forced us to transport 500 ton of gold for loans. Congress is taking karnataka to that direction. Karnataka's future is Bankruptcy under congress, biggest loss to India.
