Yeah that one got a little bit convoluted, I apologize but overall it’s just a compass and the two holes are for adjusting it. That’s the main gist of it
Much love to the American and aviation families tonight Stig. You mentioned you were on the "go" team for American and I don't know if that means you'll be dispatched for some very hard work on the accident. We'll be thinking of you until we see you next
Thank you for your kind words, at the moment I am on standby, if they need more assistance then I will go.
Congrats for the 100 K subscribers! And thank you for your efforts in demystifying the airplanes for the everyday people.
Thank you so much, it’s an incredible milestone and I’m glad you’re here for it
I love your videos!!!

Hello Stig another interesting video from LAX. Hope your ok & survived without any damage from the fires over there.
There seems to be a lot of building work going on over there.
Really enjoyed your content.
All the best from Doddinghurst in England 🏴.
Thank you so much for your concern, and me and my family are away from the danger and the fires have subsided. Thank you so much for watching
Stig not only are you my favourite aviation technician/plane doctor. You make look foward to the evenings when i get to watch your videos. “Out with the old, in with the New” Classic Chrisfix quote😂
I always enjoy watching Chris fix it.
Awesome when Stigs video loads and you have to drive 45 minutes to work. Best 45 minutes ever now to finish listening to the video before my day starts at my museum.
Let’s go!
I am glad you enjoyed it, have a safe drive to work

Hey Stig! I recently took a trip to Cabo San Lucas and my return flight came through terminal 3! I sat in one of the outdoor delta lounges and watched your videos as I looked at the terminal in front of me, couldnt help but think about the amazing work you do :) Thank you for keeping us travelers safe and much love from Boise Idaho
Thank you so much for the thoughts, and I hope you had a fantastic time in Cabo San Lucas.

Glad you like them!
As usual thanks for bringing such top notch content to us Stig ! Especially the moments we get to see Airforce One are super exciting !
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it!
Sending my preys ❤ sorry stig what a shock
Thank you so much and I am in shock as well. It’s a horrible thing that happened
8:56 I was expecting that but it still made me audibly go "What!" out loud lol
Also that 777-200 had a LOT of write ups!
And that’s what usually happens, it’s always interior items. Rarely the aircraft important systems fail
@@StigAviation Put 300 people into a metal tube for 15 hours and they're going to break things. They're also going to lose their phones a lot. I don't know what it is about the 777 but for some reason passengers love dropping their phones into it's seats, air grills, lavs, trash bins, ect.
Never get fed up seeing engines spooling down.thanks from UK
Me neither. I love every moment of it
It's 8:15 here in Morocco. Thanks for this amazing video before bedtime. God bless you, Stig!
Thank you so much for watching Joshua
Hey, I am a mechanic student from Spain and I have to say that I love your videos and I learn a lot, oviously it is not the same with FAA and EASA, but the aircraft are the same, and all the systems that I have been studying i saw it in your videos, making it easier for me to understand those systems
I’m very happy that these videos are helping you within your studies and your work.
Hey Bro, sorry for your company's loss... Our family sends our condolences...
@@FernandoAlvarado-pq3oh thank you so much Fernando, it’s a very tragic moment right now
Amazing how time FLIES!! Congrats Stig . Good job.
Thanks for the kind words and yeah time really does fly
Love the video inside the job love it
Thank you so much I’m glad you enjoyed it
Congratulations on reaching 100K Stig!! Well deserved!! Always great to see AF1 and the fleet that supports the office of the President. Your view of the landing was incredible! So does this mean CA is at the end of the rainbow🤣. Thanks for the continued education and great views!
Maybe I should’ve driven down to that rainbow, I might’ve found a pot of gold 😂
@26:32 another "tell" between CFM LEAP or PW2000G is by watching the engine windmill, PW2000G do not windmill without manual input.
That’s correct because it is a geared turbo fan.
Congratulations again on 100k subs!
Much appreciated, it's amazing to reach that milestone!
Always enjoy these vids. And thanks for answering my crazy stuff when I do. Always appreciated.
No problem at all! I’m here to answer anything you’re curious about! Thank you so much for watching

Thank you so much 😀
Las Vegas .... wow, I had to look that up as it can't be all that far away from LAX ... and yea, that's like an hour's flight time.
Do they even do a drink service? They'd have to literally run down the aisle!
