Not only have we banned Bud Light, but myself and everyone I've talked to about the subject have permanently canceled Bud Light and ALL Anheuser-Busch products, including ALL of their theme parks like Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Sea World, etc. THIS is a PERMANENT thing! Anheuser-Busch is CANCELED!!! Investors are now positioning to SHORT Anheuser-Busch!
I think this guy is right. I used to be an executive at a Fortune 500 company. The only thing that justifies the outrageous salaries of these CEOs is the fact that the buck stops with them.
I bet the CEO gets a BIG bonus, too!

@@turtletruth Whitworth is not Budweisser's real CEO - The real CEO is AB InBev's Doukeris who's calling the shots. Doukeris is on the Board, Whitworth is not - by DEFINITION, that makes Whitworth nothing more than a figurehead to hide Doukeris from scrutiny. So Doukeris has all the power and no accountability (in theory, if the public is that dumb to fall for it), while Whitworth is supposed to have no power, but all the "accountability" for Doukeris' decisions (again, in theory).
BTW, that's why Whitworth is going to be taken care of - Doukeris CAN'T fire Whitworth or leave him empty-handed, because then Whitworth will just blow the whistle on Doukeris....

Many drinkers will never go back regardless, because in the meantime they've tried and found much better tasting beers. Bud Light was a "go to" beer for many, but once they tried what's out there they realized just how relatively bad it is. It is easy to drink, but then so is water.
yeah forsure and this just slammed the doorshut forever for me. They can support backdoor chit all they want lol.
Say what you will about Bud Light, but I liked the beer. For me, it was perfect. No nasty aftertaste, tasted fine to me. Then this dylan thing happened, and I joined the boycott. Had the CEO apologized for their mistake within the first month, and promised to never make it again, I'd have gone back to Bud Light. But today? Now? Anything they do, will be too little too late.
I'm a Coors Light guy now. It's not quite as good as Bud Light, but it's good enough....

The company could turn this around by making a public apology ! This won't happen because the management are so belligerent . This being the case the management across the board should be dismissed with immediate effect . Dylan Mulvaney made the company a laughing stock and the person who put this individual in that creepy video should be sacked for her utter incompetence . As for Dylan Mulvaney , this person needs to start living in the real world , although we won't be holding our breath .

This gentleman is "right as rain" in his analysis of the disastrous direction taken in recent years by Anheuser-Busch. Good on him for leaving that company when he saw the writing on the wall. I happen to be an investor with millions in the stock market, and rest assured (should any Bud management happen to read this) that I shall certainly steer clear of investing in this stock. These companies that get sidetracked with silly Politically Correct causes like "ESG" and "DE&I" certainly do not have their shareholders' best interests in mind when they waste vast amounts of energy, time, and money on such trendy foolishness. Fortunately, when this debacle occurred, I had other investments in Coors and Constellation Brands, and made quite a tidy sum off of both, I'm happy to say.

Pretty bad that the company leaders chose their marketing exec. Company leaders lost all of that money. The company leaders that made those decisions still work there, but they fired hundreds of employees??? So in a nut shell, the employees paid for leadership's mistakes. And, it's everyone's fault except the leaders'.

I'm waiting to see which companies rise from the ashes of A-B or buy their assets for pennies on the dollar. As to their management, let's hope that someone learned something from this fiasco and that those involved don't find high level decision-making employment in any foreseeable future.
At this point, A-B is done. Customers aren’t going back. People have found that there are other options out there. Shareholders, corporate board, executives, employees, etc… all are responsible for anyone losing their jobs, money, etc that’s related to A-B. I feel no pity for anyone associated with that company who has been affected negatively to their work agenda.
I am not a beer drinker and live in Australia, I don’t think they will turn things around.

When are investors going to start suing those companies for failing to do their fiduciary duties and stop putting those woke initiates that is hurting their bottom? I loved Bud Lite……most restaurants sell it cheap and it isn’t heavy so it doesn’t overshadow the taste of the food and it’s very easy to drink two or three with a casual meal. I miss Bud Lite but I never ever will go back to A-B products. Any of them nor their theme parks. I’ve moved on to another product that tastes just as good with food. A-B did not stop and think for one minute how the ad campaign would be received by the very people spending hard earned money for their products and to me that is betrayal. My thought process is that the gender confused crowd they wanted to appeal to maybe can buy enough A-B products to make them whole again.
I think I what happens when you get 10 covid shots its just not 1 person its so many crazys now other than drinking the water only think that makes sence to me how we went from good to bad so fast
