My brother isn't a political guy, drank Bud Light regularly and his girlfriend made fun of him this weekend when he ordered a Bud Light. He told me today that he's not drinking Bud Light again, this boycott is spreading like wildfire.

I worked in advertising for 30+ years and I'm very familiar with Anheuser Busch. It's a pretty established fact that they sold the company (they were historically very conservative) and are probably very unhappy about the trend in marketing. I agree that all this woke bullsh*t is giving us a collective headache. When will it end? Let's see what the financials for Bud Lt. indicate. That will be the determining factor.

Bud Light should really fire this VP and as suggested, done so publicly in order to save their image and show that they are listening to their core customers. An example needs to happen and big companies need to take serious notice. And maybe this backlash can be soothed and Bud Light might salvage the furniture in their offices.
She has a boss. This ad campaign was not green-lit all by herself. There are people above her that allowed this. It is not just her that needs to burn, the entire marketing team involved in letting this happen needs to be shown the door as well.

It was the same for me with smoking. I had started smoking passively in the womb and started back up at the age of 3. Once they started putting grotesque images of what smoking does to you on the packaging I gave up instantly and never went back.

Where due to equity their pushing a 50% female work force. The woman they do have don’t want to get dirty, do heavy lifting, or work outdoors…it’s construction! It’s a disaster!! My husband has had it babysitting and pampering these females. And their demanding pay and fringe benefits the males don’t get! This has got to end….blackrock needs to be taken out!
