Just so good, we've been quietly checking this out for ages, crazy brave all of you. The roof concept is great, just go for it (says me with no idea other than massive respect!). The Sisyphus reference is perfect! ✌️
Mic, I built a boat similar concept but as a centre cabin, the cabin had multiple complex curves, not a straight line on it all curved. I bought sheets of 25mm foam like you would use in an esky. I built up the thickness with multiple layers. Then I shaped the outside to what I wanted, once happy I glassed the outside then scraped the foam out I used a steel skewer to give me an even thickness then built up the strength on the inside with multiple glass layers and timber pads at all key mounting points. I then faired the outside, came out great, pretty light……..might be something to look at 👍
When striding among the goddesses atop the mountain peaks one must pay the price of a boulder or two. Knowing that when it slips and rolls back into the valley the mortals that are squished will have never seen blond heaven!
@@MicingtonI agree with the outboards. So much more room in the boat. Having said that, I’d be concerned about how the boat would sit with all the weight of the motors way out back.
@@Mike-hb4pc conversions to outboards on specifically bertrams is quite well documented. Allows space for more storage or tanks for fuel/water to be added where the old inboards sat.
Hello my best friend, wow that was an awesome episode love how you both worked together to move those sheets. Didn’t see much of the Bertram, keep up the great work.
My Bertram had over hang of 8 inches at the front(sun visor and seat), a 2 inch on the sides and another 10 at the back as more sun protection plus if it rained or you went through waves the extra at the back wouldn’t allow water to come into the cabin. Great video.
Always worth a Guinness! Once in a while a two keg Belvenie, or Glenfiddich two keg. Kept neat, no water, no ice. Lubricant of the Scotsmen when appreciating mountain top blondes dancing in the Heather. Not to mention the forlorn fella pushing a Bertram up the mountain once again. Take more than one two to figure out where he is going to moar it in the krags. I am afraid he is lost for he listened to the blonde mermaid goddess. He is Tha man who never returned still hauling up when she scampers up and back down when she goes to play in the sea. A sentence carried out by the gurus of the peaks on him for still consuming Mexican piss water when he should be drinking the little people's beer, or reviers' scotch! Leprechauns and sharp blades hold the secrets in their electrolytes. Drink with them and they might show you the freeway on the backside of the Kraus. For God's sake don't bring them Corona or you will be on the rocky crags forever!!! (You might try a team of mules, I never said a word!!)

Hahaha you’re a character Douglas! Hope it was worthy of a Guinness 🍻
Personally I'd love to see 2 Merc 450's back there. :) She's coming along.
Maybe in the future once I get my $$$ in order and it’s been in the water and if the inboard I have annoys me too much lol 😂

A or B, looks close to the classic style.
Yeh I’m aiming for A but only god knows how it’ll really turn out 😂
Hello 👋
Hi 👋
There's hope - the myth of sisyphus has been exploded
Hahaha 😂 thanks for the idea 💡 I’m glad you picked up on it 😂
Love the intro.
Thanks! Just a bit of fun 🍻

To best friend
Haha yehhhh sorry about that!
I realized while I was putting music into the video how lame it was lol

Cheers 🍻 for that! Did you modify the roof to that or is did they do that from factory? Thanks for that. I want to oversize it for the same reason
@ it was factory. Doesn’t the front create lift?
Doubt it will fly away hahah thanks mate!
@ mine had a 330hp Yanmar turbo diesel. It cruised at 24knts and top was 36knts. Very economical.
Sounds perfect 👌 I would be very happy with that.
Well done team
Cheers! 🍻 🍻
