Today I saw a car drive an entire block ON the sidewalk at Marine Drive & Cambie and the only thing I could think of was.. "DAMMIT IF I ONLY HAD A DASHCAM!!!"
@@andrewpoon9167 I don’t drive but about a month or two ago I saw someone driving down the median the reason they that because they were impatient to turn left this was at Deer Lake near Willingdon avenue
Hey Vancouversworstdrivers, I recently purchased one and just installed it but I’m having issues with the dashcam being too sensitive to all bumps and what not in the road even my music is setting it off at the lowest settings for sensitivity. Any tips? Did I get a faulty unit? Thanks! Looking forward to submitting clips in.
Hi Derrek, I'm looking forward to seeing what you capture haha (although hopefully you stay safe). I had mine on medium sensitivity and now that I think of it it did save files fairly often. My other dashcam is on silent for notifications so I wonder if I just thought that was normal. If it's on the lowest setting I would reach out to THinkware and let them know in case they need to provide an update that lowers the sensitively. Out of curiousity did you use the promocode that I have for 5% off? I didn't see anyone use it so I just want to make sure it works.
@@vancouversworstdrivers I purchased this literally a day before you posted your video so it was perfect timing after everything came and was installed. I don’t want to take traction off your code but there was a 60$ discount on the dashcam on Amazon when I bought it.
I put some black felt on my front dash....... it minimizes the glare in the window and i find the picture is mich clearer. I fasten the felt with velcro tape.
one time at school i heard a teacher talk to a student about reckless driving. she was talking to him about how dangerous he was driving on canada way ( my school is near canada way) and she told him “ imagine how ur parents would feel if they found out how dangerous u were driving” and he was like “ my parents dont care how i drive”. in my head im like “WHAT!” i was listening to their whole conversation that lasted a bit and i am still shocked about his answer and in my head im like “nonononono” so yeah that’s the story
If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
I like the Thinkware Arc's external design. Nice looking!
Great review.
I think for 2k I’m very unimpressed by how pixelated the license plates are.
Well 2k isn't perfect but compared to 1080p it's a noticeable improvement. Thanks for watching

Where do you put it?
I only have a back up camera like when you reverse the car to back up from a parking lot
The problem with those is that they don't record!
Yep and it can make it difficult when you proved them to the police saying it was the driver’s fault without proof that he was the one
Cool dashcam
Happy 4th of July Vancouver Worst Drivers Dashcam, have an Excellent Day!
