I had the same problem with a manifold. I used some high temp JB weld to fill in the gap. Did it two years ago, still holding.

I might just have to try that! I thought I had found a new one, but when I contacted the seller it had sold. Thanks for the comment!

Endeavor to Persevere, you’re doing a great job. Thanks for the video.

I really like your videos. I have bought five new Chinese small engine carburetors in the last year or two. One for my Tecumseh log splitter engine, another for my Kohler/Lincoln welder and two for my nephew’s generator and power cement trowel. They all work great so I got one for my 16hp. Wheelhorse garden tractor (I won’t install it until its really needed). I guess that I am just lucky! Gary…..in Michigan.

I'm always grateful if someone gets something out of these videos. Thank you! When I lived overseas I had bought 2 Chinese carbs for a little Suzuki 3 cylinder 660cc engine in my minivan. One was good and one wasn't. They actually both ran good, but the water heater choke on one froze after a week or so and without a choke it was a pain to drive for the first few kilometers. And most of my trips were only a few kilometers. 🙂 This is piece coming for the carburetor on the truck should be fine. Fingers crossed!

I do have a tendency to ramble on. I got that from my mother. Also without my family here and in a new place I spend most of my time alone, so this gives me a way to interact. Once the main parts arrive I should be able to put together some longer more interesting content. I did meet a guy today while out that is a retired welder, so I might be able to get the exhaust manifold repaired soon. Thanks again!

Things as simple as nuts, bolts or even spray paint here locally are generally out of stock or on order.

The used rims that are almost trash for these Truck are going for like 1400 on ebay.
