After she stopped cheating, I swear I never lost the roulette. It was so weird and was kind of a really fun kinda, “Now what were you saying?” Moment. It was such an epic battle!
But holy shit, Arsene in this scenary and arena looked so damn cool, with the massive wings and unreasonably tall tophat. Got even better after redoing the story just to get to this scene with his starter moveset.
It just reflects Sae's mentality. If she doesn't cheat, nothing will ever go her way, so she feels she has no choice (tjough it's even more literal and exaggerated in her palace).

I just realized that Shadow Sae's design is basically an "evil" Phantom Thief outfit (Makoto's Queen outfit in this case), complete with a sword and gun.
It's gonna be interesting to see how they animate this fight in the anime, should be fun watching Sae play "Shoot the Phantom Thieves!" while screaming "DIE! DIE!".
