  • So often in mental health we talk about regulating and controlling emotions. There are also plenty of reasons to embrace emotions. We can extend our appreciation for our emotions by understanding more about why we have them and how they work.

    Really appreciate your channel. I'm 33, been diagnosed for a long time but only recently started learning about how it affects me. I've been really struggling to find info about ADHD that doesn't make me feel really crappy about myself; so much of it is pessimistic in tone, and as someone with CPTSD *about* ADHD, it can be hard to feel excited to move forward with my life and manage the condition, when gathering info about it makes me feel worse. I appreciate the way you talk about it, and the way you present the knowledge and information you have to your audience.
