When you have maker guests over you need to have like a scavenger hunt for them to try to find all the actual items you used as greeblies. That could be fun!

We need a school for people ,to learn what you know how to do, who don’t know squat about building…so they can then do what you are doing. I feel less than Luke when Yoda told him “That is why you fail”. If I had the ability to switch everything around the only thing that I would be doing other than Zen would be messing with radios, computers, working in the garden and doing these builds. Like this is literally all I want to do. I see it coming one day. What do I see? I foresee a time where there will be a show called “ULTIMATE SCI-FI BUILDS”. Now that’s a job I can be truly proud of that would be full of beauty.

Since I've been watching not just your channel but
    Create Sci-fi
    Slice of Life
    Film Riot
    Punished Props
And many others over the years.
I've gained a new appreciation for product packaging. Like a unofficial aunt who taught me how to see faces in the patterns on linoleum flooring, I now see buildings for minature sets and parts for spaceships and room transforming decorations.
Thanks to the channels mentioned and many others that have given me fuel for my imagination for the rest of my life.

So amazing. I'm lying in bed sick and have spent the entire day watching your videos and loving life! I wonder if you might somewhere have one panel that's hinged open with a bunch of wires hanging out like some renegade Smuggler's droid is in the middle of making repairs! Thanks for making recuperation so much more enjoyable.

Love the ceiling build. I've got a corner in my basement begging for something like this! Your laser-cut panels are cool and all, but those packaging inserts are freakin' awesome. I'll never throw a package away again until I pull it all apart and study it. Now if I can only learn the cut straight lines with my jigsaw.

Awesome look! Man that lazer cutter has saved your bacon more than once... :-)
You are always telling folks use orange juice lids for things. Here is something I have used in building model cars and little scenes for them. If you need some domes with a flat top, You can take those little cups that you get mandarin oranges, peal off the foil, eat the oranges, wash out the cup, then turn it upside down and you have a dome. Of course you can orientate it anyway you want, as many as you want. Glue 2 together and you have a oil drum or something! :-)
Just some off the wall thinking like you said goes along way. Oh! those little moisture barrel thing in pill bottles. Make great oil oil/fuel drums for you service truck at 1:25th scale... LOl
Thanks for the video and all the challenging work!

I know you get a lot of parts from big box hardware stores, so in order to save you, and your viewers some cash, going to suggest you visit a non profit store, called, Restore (part of the Habitat for humanity project). They do not have 'regular' stock, but rely on donations from both the home owner as well as contractors, thus you never know what they might have laying around, from new parts and pieces to architectural salvage. Worth a trip, at least if you in the USA. I do not know if the project has stores in other countries. But Habitat does build houses all over the world, so they might.
Just a suggestion, enjoying your videos, keep up the good work.

    Hiya Brian!!
Writing this while watching and I saw something in your video in your room space, Ceiling specifically, that I wanted to point out!
It's Just an idea of course but one that will give you something Else to do with your home made vaccuuformer!!
    Ceiling Tiles!!!
You've got your Tracks still up and are even using them to help anchor that eaves trough light!
Well I thought why not make a mold the size of your standard ceiling tile, thin details made to suit the design aesthetic of your room build!
You could very quickly Fill those gaps later on to hide anything in the ceiling that's anachronistic or looks like a house instead of a spaceship interior.
I'm a renter so I literally Can't do anything remotely close save a few accent like a light switch cover which is on my to do list...so for the ideas I Can't make happen, I share them with you instead.
Anyways i Know you've a TON of backlogged ideas you wanna do and I'm not trying to add to any stress the work might cause.
If you find it a cool idea then Great, but another reason to suggest any ideas i Can't do myself, someone else doing a room build might read this and say...hey, that isn't a half bad idea and it would solve one of my own room build issues!
Anyways, that's it. Another Fantastic video, so Thanks!!

Great build yet again! I especially like the C4 lighting tie in. What are you going to do when you finish the room? I know, start building a Star Wars themed Halloween display. Hahaha!
