- Toyota Landcruiser GLX dual cab - 2020 - GVM upgrade with Marks 4WD portal axles - and MITS Alloy aluminium tray and canopy with Redarc electricals
Rather a long build and repeat road testing required. I fitted a winch and rooftop tent. Multiple Aldi cooking appliances

Can't choose your kids 🤦♂️
Should have made him walk mate lol.
Nice set up, thanks for sharing
That bouncing back and forth would be the weight of the canopy overhang the rear axle and it’s picking up the front end and see-sawing back and forth.
Common issue on standard chassis length 79s with a full size canopy.
Only real fix is a 300mm chassis extension if you want a full size canopy or shorten the canopy to a half size and try and keep the weight as far for are over the axle as possible
Great truck though
Looking at doing this exact same upgrade for the portals just wondering how you managed to get a 2020 LC79 engineered post rego or was this car not registered prior? Also roughly how much was the total build? I’m budgeting for $130k not including canopy or extras
'can you fix my face ' says the mechanic?
Aka make me a giga Chad jaw

the clearance you gain with the portals is kind of lost with those leafs under the axle but that is one nice rig
You didn’t need to spend 100k for all that 😂 couple hundred dollars for different offset rear wheels and done 😅
yep... you're right. I highly recommend you do that
Pretty cool but another example of those with endless budgets so, Not interested
