It's fine at that age. I used to work with children and quite a few girls said that they'd want to marry their daddy. Simply because their father was the most important man in their lives, I guess. 🤷‍♀️ Not because of any impropriety.

Man. The more I look into it the more coming out as gay to parents reminds me of when I came out as an atheist to my religious parents. They treated me like dirt, despite claiming they "unconditionally loved" me. I suppose that's why I feel sympathy here as well - I've been there. Who would you marry? Cinderella or the Prince?
Let's face it, a gay kid would not even look at Cinderella's prince. He barely had any character at all. He only got one in the third movie where he spoke more often, and didn't act like a doll. Also, he looked hotter in that movie.
I want a Disney movie with Princes as main characters that aren't foreshadowed by the princesses, evil, dead or too young. I don't even care if he ends up in a het marriage! Just get me a prince that also has a hot helper in the background! T^T

I had a very different experience with the medical profession. At junior high age I was sent a psychiatrist who obviously figured out I was gay but suggested that it was my fault that I was being bullied. No discussion of homosexuality occurred and I understand she just told my parents that I needed a different doctor. This experience has made me extremely skeptical of mental health professionals - even though I know that today they consider homosexuality to an alternative normal.

The conviction is so strong that gay behaviours reveal themselves< and there seems to be no accounting why. And it gets confused because the signals are not constantly definite one way or the other. You might have crashes on your girl cousins if you are a boy, and you might like them a whole lot, but you may also veer towards the Wizard of Oz and later the movies that feature Joan Crawford and Bette Davis which provide clues about your inner drives. These are clues to character, and part of character determines sexuality as well as other aspect of a person's inner make-up. Just give up on it. You are what you are, and that should not determine whether you go to heaven or hell when you die.

I think most homosexual men identify as female at a very young age. Selecting nonbinary/third gender is a great option when available. Most gay men I know have rounded potbellies, bald or temporal receding hairlines. There is even a gay subgroup called bears that are typically very obese and unhealthy in appearance. Twinks are younger and more athletic, but bears and twinks and anything in between all tend to act like women emotionally and favor feminine things.
