BATTER BEATING BY FOOK THE COOK - BY HAND - WOW!!!

Haha! This is a post from my instagram account that I have been asked by many to show again here:) It includes the caption that was written for it. The recipe is the same as my "How to make an excellent Batter for Deep Frying" (where I use a wooden spoon instead - I prefer doing by hand but it's extremely tiring on the arm!!).

Once Fook really gets into it(~35sec), his hand is a blur......is it still attached to his arm?........... thankfully yes!! :)/
No speeding up used here - that is the real speed of him in action.
Question - "Why use your hand?
Answer - " Hands were made before gadgets!!"
