Another thing the divine beast helmets do is that (SPOILER WARNING), when you wear it, if you have the companion from the tribe of the divine beast helm following you, they'll be wearing the Zonai version of the helmet that we can see in some memory videos, making them a modern version of the sages we see in the past. Found that out by accident and thought ya'll should know since it wasn't mentionned.
A thing I dont see many folks talking about is the goron armors fire proof also seems to make you take like zero damage from explosions from a cannon shield
When you're fighting the Gleeoks and they go into the sky for their big quarter health elemental blast that they do, you'll also be immune to the effects from that blast only taking the raw damage so if you have enough hearts and have your set upgraded enough it's practically nothing, you can pair the defense up with it for even more resistance but I mean you could pretty much have a full row of hearts and have your gear upgraded to level three or four and be good
Actually, for the monster masks and Majora's mask, the Lynel is the only one who will attack if you take too long. Bokoblins, Lizalfos and Moblins will never attack unless you attack.
Yeah I believe that’s the natural of Lynels. They have a strong sense of territorial awareness, that’s also why they are so far apart from their own kinds.
@@brotbrotsen1100 you can only fool those that already have a mask for them (Bokoblins, Moblins, Lizalfos, Lynels and Horroblins in Totk) but not other enemies.

With that ember set for the hot weather damage buff, fuse a sapphire to your shield to lower your temp. That way you don’t take damage from the weather.

Kinda wish the Tingle suit had Rupee Padding normally, and a way to replenish weapon, shield, and bow duration by collecting rupees as the Set Bonus.
The weather attack sets makes your charge attack’s explode in their respective element even if you only have one equipped. The explosion then gets bigger as you add more pieces. The set bonus seems to reduce the stamina required as well as speed up the charge rate.
I found myself using the Hylian tunic in this run because getting the rare armors and getting upgrade materials for them was much harder than in BOTW. I upgraded that red tunic by 3 points out of desperation.

In BOTW the Island Lobster Shirt had a secret bonus. It gave you boost in tree leaf swing, which made traveling on a raft with sails way faster. Does TOTK have the same bonus?
@@alexisguillen8400You can see the different « levels » of food/armor set next to link in the pause menu. Here, wearing only one piece of this armor gives you a third of the attack bonus, and so on (even if some bonuses only have 2 levels, like for the fire armor)
I like to combo Zant Helm, Frostbite Robe, Rito Leggins, and some sort of fire weapon whenever I go to the snowy areas. Gives me Resistance to cold and freezing, insta kills for frost related enemies, and 2 different elemental attacks. Add an electric item to your shield for the 3rd element and not much will be able to touch you between all of the stun locks.
In BotW (still works here, too), I like to go with Zant's Helm, Snowquill Tunic, Snow Boots, and a fire weapon (or shield in this game). Gives you full protection from cold, immunity to freezing, and you move at normal speed in the snow. Now, if a single ruby gives you full protection from cold, then I could see replacing the Snowquill Tunic. Or maybe two rubies gives better protection. I'm not sure, haven't tested it out yet.
WHEN you wear the diamond circlet link's hair looks unusual, well this is because it uses link's old head. You can also see the hairband you use to get the old head.
Majora's mask isn't just extra time to not be attacked, they simply don't aggro to you. They will still notice, just not attack you. The exception is if you aggro a monster not affected by it, just as the flyers or mini-taluses or if you attack them
I belive the past Link sets only give attack up rank 1, not rank 3, did a simple test, ocarina of time set with attack up set bonus did around 80% damage on a bokoblin in one hit, reloaded, swapped to fierce deity armor that gives attack up rank 3 and killed that bokoblin in one hit with the same weapon. For those wondering
The Island Lobster Shirt has a SECRET BONUS. Which is when you swing a weapon that creates wind (with a korok leaf or Queen Gibdo wing) to a sail attached to a boat, it will make you sail faster than if you do it without the shirt on. As a little hint towards Wind Waker.
Thanks for covering this. Was PARTICULARLY interested in what the Froggy Armor Set Bonus was so as to determine whether or not to get each part upgraded to 2 stars. Also, it sounds like it's possible to expand the 8 batteries to have a second level of energy. Once I wrap up the final side quest, I'll have to get on that task of upgrading the Energy Cell again.
One of the few major horrible parts of BotW/TotK happens to be drowning in puddles. The Zora set should at the very least give you the ability to recover stamina when holding still in the water.
make some elixirs from tireless frogs, or cook some endura carrots. They restore your entire stamina wheel plus some extra. While not as plentiful as in BotW, you can still find a few around Satori Mountain and some of the other pink trees. The frogs can either be found in some wells, or on a few of those sky islands that are just a small lake with a waterfall coming off of them.

interesting that Diamond Circlet can be upgraded to 28 defense. I don't really care about the charge-atk stamina-up on the barbarian and fierce-diety sets, so the option to trade that set bonus for another 8 defense (while retaining lvl 3 damage up) is tempting.
For my money, it seems like the best set is actually... not any set. There's 3 main criteria for your gear, offense, defense, and arguably the most important, not looking stupid in cutscenes. Defensively, 28 DEF per piece is the best you'll find, totaling 84. Offensively, we have 2 contenders, the Barbarian/FD set, or the Radiant set. These offer a comparatively meager 60 DEF, (6 full hearts less) but in exchange you get 50% or 80% attack increases. In terms of pure power, Radiant definitely wins, but you miss out on any fusion effect besides bone (mostly elemental). Using any other weapon is terrible, and you look ridiculous. FD is better in the looks department (a little edgy for scenes...), and the offense is great, but it is a heck of a lot of defense to lose. The obvious choice to win the combined category is the Wild set, boasting the set max of 84 DEF, an Attack Up on the set, and you don't look totally stupid (the leggings do leave a little to be desired). But I think there's a better mix. Champion's Tunic + Diamond Circlet + Fierce Deity Boots gives you a nice round 80 DEF with 2 Attack Ups, trading 1 heart of sky-high defense for an extra 10% more offense, AND you get to look strikingly similar to Link on the box.
I didn't pay attention to defense early in the game and just picked what I liked most aesthetically, which was mostly combinations of the snowquill set and glide set! Soldier's greaves + Champion's Leathers + whatever isn't too bad either, and the Hylian set is a little boring but it's good for easy early defense once I decided that mattered. One-shot protection helps a lot though!
Nice post bro. Very informative. I kinda like the way the zonaite legs and chest look with the fierce diety mask. Zonaite pieces have rely good defense and the fierce diety hood just looks badass
I hunted down the dragons for a few hours and maxed the fierce deity set, later down i upgraded the diamond circlet. It‘s my favorite combo. 68 defense with 3x attack up.
I'm sure you mean 68 defense and 2x attack up, since the diamond circlet would take up your head piece, leaving you with only 2 out of 3 of your fierce deity set
@@collinbeal At this point, I didn't understand the math behind the levels of attack up at all. You're right though. You'd gain more defense at the cost of the set bonus, which might be worth it unless you do lots of charge attacks. I don't even know if the set bonus for charge attacks stack with the.. Soldier's weapons? The ones that have charge speed increased. Thing I was saying was that you can't wear both the Fierce Deity head piece and the Diamond Circlet at the same time.
The island Lobster shirt makes the wind blow and whatever Direction you attack with a korok fan. Like changing the direction of the wind in the game to push your boat with one blow in that direction
You can wait around without attacking indefinitely with the monster masks (minus the lynel mask), it's just if there is a mix of monsters and the wrong species outs you, you lose the disguised buff for them all. Chu's, evermeans, talos and aerocudas will always break a disguise if they're near.
Diamond circlet helm, soldiers pants, and champion torso is what I’m rocking. Max defense 88 and +1 attack. I’m working on upgrading deity, tho that only has 60 defense.
The different "hero" sets should have been given different set bonuses, if you ask me. Like the Hero of Winds set should have had "Glide Stamina up," or the Hero of Awakening should have had "Sprint Stamina up/Day Movement Speed up," and The Hero(Zelda1) set should have had "Blade Beam Damage up." Just something to reference major features or abilities of the different heroes in the series.

Doesn’t Cece’s hat let other fashionistas around hyrule mark hidden treasure locations on your map? Same ones that would vaguely mention the treasure without being specific if you weren’t wearing it.
as for the classic Link tunics; The Wilds set has the same set bonus attack buff as the others, but it has more defense value than any other classic green tunic set (it equals the Soldier's Set in defense, which is insane but also great). also, Majora's Mask and the Evil Spirit set make basically any rank-and-file enemy non-hostile, not just Stal-. Lookouts with war-horns at monster camps may sound the alarm, but the goons just walk up and chat with ya (even when they have alertness markers). If it's not a Lynel or a boss with a framed life bar, they'll think you're chill. My favorite ones to hang with are Lizalfos; very hoppy bois, much excite. Maybe i never stuck around long enough for them to catch wise, or maybe the silver ones are a little smarter and i havent used it on them enough, but yea; Majora's Mask is guarded by like 6 Lynels for a reason; its basically an off-switch for skirmishes with the groundlings; every monster disguise mask combined into one.

100% agree. It looks so much cooler than the set head piece. Nintendo really drops the ball with a lot of these armor sets. Like the weather attack up sets not having their heat/cold resist built in making them actually useless. So dumb.
@@biffwebster1212 you could simply attach a saphire/ ruby to your shield or drink a potion. You also don’t need to upgrade or have all pieces to use the elemental charge attack.
I understand you can do all those things, that's not the point. The point is you shouldn't have to. If they're going to make a set with a bonus that pretty much only works in the desert then you should be able to wear all the pieces and not be dying of heat without potions.

I think the hot weather charge speeds up the charge speed. With just one piece, you get flame bursts from charge attacks. Probably the same for the other sets of the like.
In Hot Weather, Cold Weather, or Thunderstorm conditions, the spin attack will require less stamina to reach maximum damage. Wearing any piece of the set will cause the elemental burst, though it will get bigger the more you wear.
@@BLAINES very interesting is this longer than an hour? because with majora's mask 3 days ago I forgot to power down my switch my switch and 1 hour later they still stood there wondering what I am, no aggression

Oh and Lynels will eventually find out inevitably although I remember a tip with the Lynel mask from BoTW that said riding a horse might fool them longer
Unrelated to video and I don’t know if anyone else knows this. But when fighting Phantom Ganon. The Master Sword gets infinite durability. Because after fighting with Phantom Ganon. The sword was still sparkling as if it hasn’t been used.
If it's like the first game, it simply gets to an absurd amount of durability when it's glowing! So you technically lose some but it won't break in that state. The final confrontation makes it not lose any, though.
They must have changed the way the monster masks work in the past game because there was no time limit, the only one that did have a time limit was the Lynel mask but that's because they're mini boss enemies without the health bar that shows up at the top of the screen and so they're a little smarter and are able to see through that all you're doing is wearing a mask
for all the dragon armor, like the ember and frost set. they can already cause an elemental effect when you do a charge attack. they just give you quicker charge up like the barbarian set gives. not sure what the extra elemental effect does on it. if anyone knows thatd be helpful! like whats the difference between a level 1 and level 3 of the ember set?
I noticed you said the armor values of items wrong almost every time. The values displayed in the description of the item is the total armor value of all currently equiped armor pieces, not only the piece you are looking at. The number values in the inventory on each piece, however, tells how much armor rating each of those pieces give. For Example, at 17:24 you say Sheiks mask gives 28 armor, it actually does not. By itself it gives only 16, the other 12 points you have where coming from the 2 stealth armor set pieces you equipped, giving 6 each on level 2 as you only upgraded it that far. Also, the depth Set has a misleading set bonus, only thing it does it gives you a 4th heart as goom resistnace, nothing more, it does not lower the attackpower of gloom enemies in the depths. You should have also pointed out that the Yiga armor makes Yiga enemies not attack you, even lets you talk to them (only their boss does not let himself get fooled by it) Finaly, a nice tip would have been to mention combining the snow or sand walker trousers with the Rito/ Deservt Voe Set respectively, since 2 levels of heat/could resistanc are enough and the added mobility can change things for the early gameplay.
I'm so happy they added my OOT outfit!! Major W on Nintendo's part bringing all the nostalgia in! Now with that being said. I don't understand why they once again made certain armor sets un-upgradeable (phantom & evil spirit). Other than stealth armor sets I don't understand why they don't make the maximum upgrade to at least 20 def for all of these as it makes some sets very obsolete late game and solely for cosmetics only.
The hairband should be a togglable thing you can wear with other headpieces or not instead of having the headpiece defining if you have it or not (like divine beast helmets and skydiving mask show link without the hairband while Majora's mask has it for some reasons)

Question. Does the Tunic of Memories give let you see the enemy's HP like in BotW? I know the Leathers don't. Also, Opal earrings probably give swim speed up because they're associated with the element of Water in the game. Attaching an Opal to a weapon gives it a water attack, much like a ruby gives fire or topaz lightning. they could've done unique effects for the different link outfits instead of just attack up. like the skyward sword set could have fall speed similar to the glider set or the twilight princess set could summon a wolf companion or something.
So this is the first game that doesnt give a link outfit for the game. I assumed it was the same in botw to get a hero of the kingdom set for all shrines or something. Of course theres the depths set but idk if I'd count it.
you gave your armor total instead of the armor piece specific several times. just thought it was a bit funny. (like when you talked about sheik's mask at 17:25 ish) you said it has 28 armor, but that is your total, it specifically only has 16 armor.
Wonder why they made bone weapons so OP in the game, kinda wish there was a Zonai Proficiency set and buff attack with Zonai weapons... canonically this could be commissioned by Rauru for Link to have 10000 years in the future... fingers crossed for it to happen with the DLC?
10k years ago was sheikah tech vs calamity ganon. The zonai existed at least 100k years prior to that as the sheikah and zonai never existed at the same time other than a few hybrid descendants such as the 10k hero
Yes, unless it's otherwise a contradiction. As in, the glide suit gives glide speed and impact resistance. You will keep both. But like the rubber suit is lighting resistance and then lightning proof. You technically still have your lightning resist, but it's completely redundant thanks to the upgrade. Same with froggy suit. Slip proof trumps slip resist entirely.
You are wrong on the Weather sets though. You already can use the elemental charged attacks without upgrading. Its just that your charge attacks take less time to charge

Froggy and glide sets are insane with their set bonuses
Upgraded Glide Suit is my main outfit for exploration. It doesn't matter the temperature; I prefer to slam myself into the sides of mountains for hieroglyphs, and eat cheap food to recover temperature-based HP loss.
Glide armor is my favorite armor. It looks dope, it's really useful(especially the set bonus), and it's a brand new armor set, not reused from botw

Add the upgraded zonai set (insane battery recharge + best battery use efficiency) and for me those are by far my top 3 favorite bonuses.
use the rupee padding armor with only one heart this will give you an extra desperation force buff.
Imagine the rupee padding armor with the instakill weapon from BOTW. I don't recall if you can get their drops, but if you could, sell them in order to keep yourself alive.
Kinda wish the Tingle suit had Rupee Padding normally, and a way to replenish weapon, shield, and bow duration by collecting rupees as the Set Bonus.
the thing from the master sword's trials? I don't think you could.
You can get ancient arrows in this game, which for this case would be sick
The weather attack sets makes your charge attack’s explode in their respective element even if you only have one equipped. The explosion then gets bigger as you add more pieces. The set bonus seems to reduce the stamina required as well as speed up the charge rate.
can you mix the elements?
I found myself using the Hylian tunic in this run because getting the rare armors and getting upgrade materials for them was much harder than in BOTW. I upgraded that red tunic by 3 points out of desperation.
I killed 20 Fire Lizalfos for and got only 1 tail. I need 9 tails to upgrade the Yiga armor…
@@artem.anisimov yeah the tail drops are annoying, something like a 1 in 5 chance (don't quote me on that number tho), so honestly you have to save scum if you want to get enough tails before you lose your sanity

In BOTW the Island Lobster Shirt had a secret bonus. It gave you boost in tree leaf swing, which made traveling on a raft with sails way faster. Does TOTK have the same bonus?
Yup

Boost in korok leaf swing?
I like the Fierce Deity Armor which is my favorite Link design to this day.
Was also my first armor I fully upgraded in both BOTW and TOTK.
Same, it so fun gliding into a camp with Majora's mask paraglider and dropping as FD Link with 4 ghosts and a robot.
May I ask you something about that armor? Does the attack bonus works even if you have only one piece equipped, or do you need the full set?
@@alexisguillen8400You can see the different « levels » of food/armor set next to link in the pause menu. Here, wearing only one piece of this armor gives you a third of the attack bonus, and so on (even if some bonuses only have 2 levels, like for the fire armor)
do you know what it's hidden bonus is if it has one?
You can put a sapphire on your shield so you get heat resistance for the flame desert armor.
Majora's mask isn't just extra time to not be attacked, they simply don't aggro to you. They will still notice, just not attack you. The exception is if you aggro a monster not affected by it, just as the flyers or mini-taluses or if you attack them
Lynels only have a limited time of being fooled by you
I belive the past Link sets only give attack up rank 1, not rank 3, did a simple test, ocarina of time set with attack up set bonus did around 80% damage on a bokoblin in one hit, reloaded, swapped to fierce deity armor that gives attack up rank 3 and killed that bokoblin in one hit with the same weapon.
I love how Link's posture mimics a Lynel's when you put the Lynel Mask on.
The frogs can either be found in some wells, or on a few of those sky islands that are just a small lake with a waterfall coming off of them.
you're doing god's work with your totk coverage dude

I would've liked a set that focuses more on archery.
"Bow Critical Hit Up" for a set and "Arrow Fuse Atk Up" for the 2-star upgrade. Just REALLY reward headshots with those bonuses.
Maybe the Hero of the Wilds set should've had this bonus if it's made for botw Link. A bow makes more sense for use in the Wilderness than a sword (unless you're cutting shrubbery in the way).
A "bullet time stamina up" would probably be more balanced and more in line with other armors
The Zora armor swim stamina up seems like it's also way better than what it was in botw

so basically you made a video about data we all knew all along... wow you are so useful
interesting that Diamond Circlet can be upgraded to 28 defense.
Totally agree. I'm using Phantom Set during my early hours of the game. And I don't like my cinematics at all.
I am an NPC, just playing with the Hero of Time set trying to max it out while Im in the adventure.
Sacrifice one attack bonus for champions leather so you get way more defense
I'm sure you mean 68 defense and 2x attack up, since the diamond circlet would take up your head piece, leaving you with only 2 out of 3 of your fierce deity set
@@SairiuiDiamond Circlet gives attack up
@@collinbeal At this point, I didn't understand the math behind the levels of attack up at all. You're right though. You'd gain more defense at the cost of the set bonus, which might be worth it unless you do lots of charge attacks.

Thing I was saying was that you can't wear both the Fierce Deity head piece and the Diamond Circlet at the same time.

You can wait around without attacking indefinitely with the monster masks (minus the lynel mask), it's just if there is a mix of monsters and the wrong species outs you, you lose the disguised buff for them all. Chu's, evermeans, talos and aerocudas will always break a disguise if they're near.
The yiga armor also makes it so the yiga don’t attack you down below which is nice when you find their depth bases
Diamond circlet helm, soldiers pants, and champion torso is what I’m rocking. Max defense 88 and +1 attack. I’m working on upgrading deity, tho that only has 60 defense.
Switch soldier for zonaite legs so it keeps the defense but adds an energy bonus
The Island Lobster Shirt increases the speed of a boat that you’re propelling with a Korok frond iirc

I rock the Miner's Legs, Gloom Chestpiece, and Vah Medoh's Mask because I'm usually wandering the Depths. Decent armor, gloom resist, powered Tulin, a bit of light to find stuff at my feet. It's served me VERY well.
Also, I just think they look sick together.
The royal guard set (idk if its the same as botw) give stamina up to EVERYTHING
Climbing,swimming,charging atk use less stamina
But.... "Attack up" on the OoT set for example... What attack up and by how much?
From what I've seen with Majora's Mask it doesn't work on the beast/amorphous type enemies like keese and ChuChu, and likely boss monsters.
That's how it worked in botw too. It's for base lvl enemies like bokoblins lizalfos moblins lynels and horroblins
This looked like it took a lot of effort to make. Great job.
I just want to point out the attack up bonus from links traditional sets are separate from the 3 levels of attack up u get from potions
For the ember charged and frostbite it’s just give your charge attack quicker charging, the burst happens anyway
Maybe i never stuck around long enough for them to catch wise, or maybe the silver ones are a little smarter and i havent used it on them enough, but yea; Majora's Mask is guarded by like 6 Lynels for a reason; its basically an off-switch for skirmishes with the groundlings; every monster disguise mask combined into one.
hey I really wish this was a written list somewhere maybe a link in the description because I'd really prefer to have the list on hand rather than keep refering to this video again and again... other lists I found online were wrong so seeing you have upgraded them all it would be incredibly useful to have this on the wiki or somewhere

The sheik mask not working with the stealth set is and always be a huge bummer
@@biffwebster1212 so basically you want to make the sets that do provide heat/cold resistance have no worth? What would be the point of using those sets ever then when you could use one that gives elemental attack up plus resistance?
I’m still upset that they added the mystic armor instead of adding back the magic armor from Twilight Princess.
But at least it has the same buff. This type of armor didn't exist in botw but now modders can make a true magic armor mod lol
Yiga set also give you access to a few quests and shrines and locations, and they don't attack you randomly.
I actually had to turn on and check to see that you can upgrade royal guard set in this game, and you can.
It would also be nice if someone could figure out the Attack Up multipliers. They took away the Champion's armor health numbers passive.
It’s 1.2, 1.3., 1.5 at each level and I’m like 80% sure it stacks with the “retro link” armor sets buffs. They provide a different attack up buff than the food or barb/deity armor does!
ok i found the diffrences bewtween rubber armor and desert voe set. rubber full set makes you fully shock proof. and the desert voe full set gives you shock damage resist. its shock resistance level 2 and you won.t drop your weapons when you get hit by lighting attacks.
Island lobster increases the intensity of all winds (wind attacks and fans)
I think the hot weather charge speeds up the charge speed. With just one piece, you get flame bursts from charge attacks. Probably the same for the other sets of the like.
In Hot Weather, Cold Weather, or Thunderstorm conditions, the spin attack will require less stamina to reach maximum damage. Wearing any piece of the set will cause the elemental burst, though it will get bigger the more you wear.
If wearing the divine beast helmets your corresponding sage will get a damage boost on their attacks.
that's the first time I heard that enemies actually attack you themselves when wearing monster masks except the lynel one
Eventually they do but u get a lot of time
@@BLAINES very interesting is this longer than an hour? because with majora's mask 3 days ago I forgot to power down my switch my switch and 1 hour later they still stood there wondering what I am, no aggression
From brief experiences, I think they catch on if you move around and do weird stuff; they might not ever notice if you're just standing. Might vary by enemy too!
Pretty sure they will never notice you unless you attack them or something else (Keese, Chu-Chu’s etc)

The sword was still sparkling as if it hasn’t been used.
as far as I know, if the sword is glowing it doesn't lose any durability.
@@GabrielGreedy Only against Ganon and that particular phantom, if I remember correctly. Gloomed enemies in the depths will still take durability.
If it's like the first game, it simply gets to an absurd amount of durability when it's glowing! So you technically lose some but it won't break in that state. The final confrontation makes it not lose any, though.
Elemental armors do the spezial attack when charged, but I think it just charges theattack faster
Also you can use thunderhelm as an alternative to upgrading the rubber set
for all the dragon armor, like the ember and frost set. they can already cause an elemental effect when you do a charge attack. they just give you quicker charge up like the barbarian set gives. not sure what the extra elemental effect does on it. if anyone knows thatd be helpful! like whats the difference between a level 1 and level 3 of the ember set?
fuse fire/ice stuff to your shield to more effectively use the dragon armor sets
You should have also pointed out that the Yiga armor makes Yiga enemies not attack you, even lets you talk to them (only their boss does not let himself get fooled by it)
Finaly, a nice tip would have been to mention combining the snow or sand walker trousers with the Rito/ Deservt Voe Set respectively, since 2 levels of heat/could resistanc are enough and the added mobility can change things for the early gameplay.
The evil set also gives 3 levels of stealth. I haven't seen anyone mention that yet
3 level of stealth or 1 level of stealth?
@@HerMi.T each piece of evil set gives 1 level of stealth for 3 total

A neat follow up video might be covering which clothings can appear in the final cutscenes of the game. I wore the Champions leathers+ cloak down+ Hylian Pants but at the end the last bit only had him during the last cutscene then the last skydive.

Blows my mind how many UA-camrs making vids of this game clearly didn't play the 1st game based on their reactions to some of this stuff.
I kind of feel like a lot of these ppl are just here to try to cash in on the TOTK craze & make easy money off of it by making videos on it.
The glich in the game makes it easyer, now if dont know, you can copy Any Thing in your inventory
they could've done unique effects for the different link outfits instead of just attack up. like the skyward sword set could have fall speed similar to the glider set or the twilight princess set could summon a wolf companion or something.
So this is the first game that doesnt give a link outfit for the game. I assumed it was the same in botw to get a hero of the kingdom set for all shrines or something. Of course theres the depths set but idk if I'd count it.
heat, shock and cold weather buffs are not for the charged attack, you can do that one at any time
you gave your armor total instead of the armor piece specific several times. just thought it was a bit funny.
Really usefull, thank you!
When there are multiple set bonuses, does the higher-level set bonus include the lower one, too?
Yes, unless it's otherwise a contradiction. As in, the glide suit gives glide speed and impact resistance. You will keep both. But like the rubber suit is lighting resistance and then lightning proof. You technically still have your lightning resist, but it's completely redundant thanks to the upgrade. Same with froggy suit. Slip proof trumps slip resist entirely.
You are wrong on the Weather sets though. You already can use the elemental charged attacks without upgrading. Its just that your charge attacks take less time to charge
It would be cool if TP set gave cold resistance since the descriptions say it's lines with wolf fur
Divine helms increase the attack power of the sages. The sages also wear their respective Zonai helms
