Love the channel! Really insightful stuff. Wife and I are considering Greenville for our 2027 relocation. I return to your channel often to get informed.. and get excited :)
Good video Renaldo. My best friend just bought a house in fountain inn. He’s originally from Greenville, he misses the city but he’s starting to enjoy the beauty of Fountain Inn.
Thank you very much! Im glad he's starting to enjoy it. It's got a lot of growing to do to catch up to Greenville, so I can see why he needed to adjust
Loving the videos buddy! We're looking forward to coming back up for the Spring buying season. We'll be in touch as inventory increases and opportunities present themselves. Keep it up!
Now Fountain Inn is a place I have no comments on as we’ve not been there yet! Unless you count sitting at the Secretary of State for two hours a visit! Now I’m going to have to take a look! Thanks for another well-done video.
@f1re_w1re67 According to the Tornado history map on Greenville News' website, the last deadly Tornado in Greenville County was in 1952 where 2 people lost their lives unfortunately. There have been small Tornados since then, but luckily no fatalities
I really wish people would stop moving here. It’s so crowed and they keep cutting down our trees to build crappy apartments and housing developments. Just stop. 😭
@Snnclove Crowding and land clearing are definitely the major downsides of living in a growing area. People want to leave their not so great cities and move to great ones. Fortunately or unfortunately, we live in one of those great ones that attracts people. Trying to stop the growth at this point would be like trying to keep an ocean tide from rising. I think it's better to just adjust

Thank you so much for supporting my channel! 2027 will be here before you know it! 😃
Why is that the year yall decided on?
These videos are the best. I enjoy your sense of humor so much. Nice to see Fountain Inn giving the other small towns some competition.
I appreciate your continued support! @peaceforlisa Yeah Fountain Inn is slept on!

THANK YOU @caroljoyable! Fountain Inn is definitely worth a visit! It's one of my favorite small towns
Great job brother.
@@markuswilliams6316 Thank you! 🙏🏿

How about tornados, can you talk about that?

@RenaldotheRealtor I understand, but what's your experience? I can read a map but those maps doesn't show small ones either.
@f1re_w1re67 We had a tornado warning in 2020 that didn't turn into anything. Outside of that, no other warnings that I'm aware of
