Please don’t make any payment.
It’s better to book 1 week of Airbnb. That’s more reliable and then when you land, you can pay for the house after seeing it

Um… I think you can but it means you’re a minor so I believe they need to know if you have a family here or something

No problem at all. Study permit you get at first port of entry in Canada. Visa is what we should be getting now. I haven't seen anything yet

Can you defer your admission when you have gotten your visa? Due to probably school fees etc
I believe it depends on the school but yeah you can always defer and tell them you need to get a few things sorted.
