At minute 4.40 where u say about the small noise and its a valve that needs replacing, is it wasting water? Running or escaping if not changed? Is it necessary to change the valve because of that noise? Is there another trick or solution instead to stop it? Thanks
@@MaciejPiotrowski thanks, when u say lose water, what do u mean? I cant see any water escape in the bowl, or do u mean its like leaving the tap on or dripping?
@@MaciejPiotrowski Okay, well the issue I am having with my toilet is, if I fill through the valve it takes 10 minutes to fill the tank because it’s leaking through the valve as it fills. But if I move the fill hose and just fill the tank, it fills the tank in a normal amount of time.
GREAT EXPLANATION
thank you for taking the time to produce a video
You should show how to take the piece out of the toilet
Thanks!! Nice video
Very helpful good short video! Thank you!
Thank you for the detail explanation. My toulet's issue is that the in rush water is not flowing quickly. It is just dripping.

If your valve is not holding then you loose water. If you want to replace it - do it. If you dont feel like it leave it.

Glad I could help!
Does the screw turn clockwise or counter clockwise? I just watched another video that showed screw turns counter clockwise
adjustment screw to adjust water lever turn both ways.
Counterclockwise.
Great instruction
All I had to do was tighten up the screw on the float 💙 thank you
That only works for so long
Why does the water need to fill through the valve?
Because this is how it was designed

@juuurrrt so I would move it to the spot where it fills up fast. Hope this helps.
