Great to see you back with the videos, always enjoyed your content. I’m curious where did you get that glass lid? I’d like something similar on my nano
Only thing I would say mate is get a bigger stand don’t have it hanging over could split it but amazing set up I’m 2 year into my juwel lido 200 marine got a fluval 307 tmc vecton 200,tmc reef flow 8000 wavemaker and a fluval sea 3.0 marine light
The Bottom seal burst on my EVO which was just a year old. Rolf C Hagen were absolutely useless. I managed to get everything into quarantine tanks and dash out for a new 55l Acrylic. Everything survived, only just.
This is the second time me setting up this tank and I set it up for a year about 4 years ago. You must of damages it whilst cleaning the glass with a blade or something or came to you damages when purchased?
@@coreywillard9250 it was a brand new Evo, and I only ever used a Tunze care magnet. I believe it was a manufacturing fault as I did read in a group that some others had experienced similar seal leaks. Anyway I hope yours works well for you, I remember your early vids, you had it looking good.
@@coreywillard9250 thats pretty cool. Ive been looking at those fluval evos for years. Only ever had massive tanks with lots of seaweed for filtration. Chaeto works wonders in the back for filtration btw! Sucks up anything that might bleach a coral and thats what matters!

Cool little tank
Great start mate :)
What do you have in terms of sumps? I see no substrate which helps with filtration. Never tried a substrateless tank but done right they do look nice
I just have a rear chamber system with a sponge and alot of biological filtration

Where did you get the glass cover from please ?
A local glass business where I gave them dimensions and rounded edges, 4mm thick and was only £8 for it
Is it fine to have to different shrimps?
Yes
Where did you find the glass lid?
I got it custom made at a local glass business, its 4mm thick, rounded edges for super cheap. Think it was like £8
Did you block the emergency inlet on chamber 2? Have you found any issues with it?
No I haven't, it just helps the water I'm the rear from going too low
Idealy should be left unblocked
Royal grammasare baslettes if I’m not mistaken.
