Glad you are showing people how to go out and support the economy and have fun plus how to stay safe ! Good job Carpetbagger 👍🏼 Plus I watched the whole video before making a comment !! (That was for those who comment before watching)
The scariest rollercoaster I ever rode was when the safety bar didn't lock shut and before I could say anything we were away. I held on for dear life and fortunately there was no loops. Genuine terror for the photograph lol.
This looks super fun. Maybe it’s cause I’m from CA, but I’m shocked that this place is open. I know the south doesn’t have such strict rules like us. But to have so many people in those Gondolas and the fact that the rail has hand controls doesn’t seem sanitary and safe to me at the moment. On top of that the playgrounds and kids areas are completely free for use. Crazy how they just opened up like nothing over there. I didn’t see many people with masks either. I mean I know they have signs and 6 foot markers but I’m just surprised. I’m glad you’re still being safe and wearing a mask/sanitizing when necessary to do so! Thanks for the great content Jacob!
I'm shocked. You are seeing the opening of a virus hot spot. I want everyone not wearing a mask to sign a release saying that they will pay 100% of their hospitalization costs WHEN they come down with COVID-19.Next we see these people, it's a sad day at Grandma's funeral after you sneeze your virus into her face. I won't watch Carpetbagger after this display of ignorance. I've been a nurse for 30 years and never have I seen this level of glib disregard for health warnings! I bet they have a full to capacity smoking area, right next to the fried pork rinds!
I live in NM and while most places are still closed and masks are mandatory, we still got plenty of scofflaws over here along the NM/TX stateline. All we could do for now is just keep our own distances, mind the crowds, and keep watching these "boots on the ground" videos here.
But seriously, Im moving to Kissimmee, FL. In March of next year and you.have given me a whole slew of activities to add to.my bucket list on the way down. Thinking about adding on an extra few days for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge 👍💜
I remember getting stuck with my Mom on the chairlift at Tweetsie when I was a year or two older than your daughter Carpetbagger. My Mom was terrified! I was having fun!
The twigloo's are made by my neighbor. He also makes sculptures using the same technique. There is nothing like living in the city limits of Knoxville and seeing a giant twig moose going down your road!
Omg that mountain coaster rail WAS as skinny as spaghetti! I bet your legs FELT like spaghetti for awhile after that too!! Lolol I swear it looked like you were gonna vomit after that first hill 😂😂😂💜
I couldn’t believe I saw you while I was there, it was nice meeting you! I was the Long hair blonde guy with the bowling shirt on just before you started filming. Thanks for the videos!
This place is beautiful and someday I’d like to take my kids here. Thank you for sharing! And yeah....that mountain coaster is gonna be a NOPE for me 🤢
Love your videos. Such a joy to watch. You are hysterical in this one and in the haunted attractions! You bring happiness to the masses! Great to see common sense states open again unlike the Dictator Regime we live in here in New Jersey!
Hi Jacob another great video your a hoot on the rail coaster I couldn't keep from laughing another adventure that I need to go visit and I know I will be screaming down the mountain as well Lol!! Thanks for sharing this with us :)
Hi from SC, watching this was one of the highlights of my day. I laughed so much watching you fly down that mountain! Awesome place I hope to visit if I ever get back up there. Enjoyed this so much! Thanks for all you do 😃
I can't wait for your gemstone videos, I know of only two gemstone places one is in tweetiy railroad at least I think 🤔 it's still there and gemstone mountain in north Carolina.
Finally! So glad I found your chanel. You do a fantastic job explaining your locations. Good for you! I love SC and just started a channel on coastal South Carolina. Great job!
beautiful scenery. Rail runner looks awesome to be a full on accel ride. Much safer than alpine slides. People have skidded out on them or flipped in the curve on to the concrete.
I enjoyed the heck of this video! It looks like a fun place to go and a nice way to spend an afternoon. Gotta say, though, I actually laughed out loud when you were on that “coaster”!!!
Hi carpetbagger UK fan here love the videos helps with lockdown hope you come and visit the UK at some point lots of places you would love such as Blackpool it's like our version of Gatlinburg but by the sea and has it's own Ripleys (another to tick off the list) also recommend wookie hole and York keep up the good work and making good content :)
18:35 Gets spotted due to those enormous chops. Of course the dude probably heard CB's screaming from another side of the park and figured: "Only one guy screams like a teeny bopper at an Elvis concert!!"
Did it cross your mind while walking down toward the damaged trail with the tree pushed over that there might be other trees damaged and just waiting to tip over? I am scared of heights, and that is what I would think the whole time. lol
Your videos leave me feeling like I made the trip with you. Good work. ps I have developed a fear of heights since my 50s but I hung on tightly to the bar on the ski lift. LOL Can't wait for next ride. 😊
I have to tell you; The 1st time I saw you was in a live chat, and you were lying down and eating during the chat. I never watched you again. Then, you were with someone I like, Adam the Woo, in Anakeesta. I got to see your personality, and I liked you. Will & Dawn and Chris & Mindy told me how much they liked you, but I disagreed. I'm so glad I watched these 2 videos. You are VERY entertaining, and definitely a great guy👍 I should have trusted the opinions of Will, Dawn, Chris, and Mindy... You are excellent! 👍👍 Only problem is, I now have to watch your past videos, and there are A LOT!! 👍 I guess I shouldn't have judged a book by the movie!!😅😂🤣👍
So Jacob won't ride a fully safe roller coaster, but will ride one of these single rail things? These are so much more terrifying than regular roller coasters.😂
Oh cool! I was just in Gatlinburg today! Was hoping to get into some of the other attractions in town, but it seemed like a lot the ripleys stuff was closed
"are you The Carpet Bagger!?" I felt that so much lol
I would love to meet him. He is so wholesome and charming. He has that unique style that makes you want to be friends.
Jacob is just so whimsical, I love watching his videos cause he's chill but still so entertaining.
They should take it up a notch and add a worker dressed as Bigfoot walking around in the forest below the bridge....😁
they actually had a series on their instagram page where someone dressed as bigfoot and roamed the place!
Your wife climbed a rock wall and jumped backwards into a moving chairlift. Wow she’s athletic!!!
I think it's so cool when people recognize you. You are a celebrity, Jacob!
Glad you are showing people how to go out and support the economy and have fun plus how to stay safe !
Good job Carpetbagger 👍🏼
Plus I watched the whole video before making a comment !! (That was for those who comment before watching)
Well, I don't even have kids and that story about your daughter and the chair lift freaked me out. Glad it had a happy ending.
Jacob i was cracken in tears going down mountain watching you.
I laughed my ass off watching him on the ride!. I am afraid of heights. I would not be able to go on the tram!. Fun video though!.
Thank you Jacob for this video. We are coming to Gatlinburg in a few weeks and this is on our list to see.
I love the fact you never shy away from facing your fears. That was quite steep and AWESOME!!!
The scariest rollercoaster I ever rode was when the safety bar didn't lock shut and before I could say anything we were away. I held on for dear life and fortunately there was no loops.
Genuine terror for the photograph lol.
I did one of these in Haiti while on a cruise, looped down around the mountain, had amazing views of the ocean...sooooo awesome!

Soooo many people. Sooo few face masks!😣

Karen’s🤣😂
@@carolynfoster1541 damn. Chill out Karen. It's gonna be ok.
The ride with the mountain railway is not quite harmless. But it was a lot of big funny. 😊👍
But seriously, Im moving to Kissimmee, FL. In March of next year and you.have given me a whole slew of activities to add to.my bucket list on the way down. Thinking about adding on an extra few days for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge 👍💜
i needed jacob screaming like a little girl to brighten my day :D
I remember getting stuck with my Mom on the chairlift at Tweetsie when I was a year or two older than your daughter Carpetbagger. My Mom was terrified! I was having fun!

Good to see you back on these interesting venues. Circus high wire school next!
The fire damage is really is healing itself. Thumbs Up!
I couldn’t believe I saw you while I was there, it was nice meeting you! I was the Long hair blonde guy with the bowling shirt on just before you started filming. Thanks for the videos!
Mountain coater footage is great, J! Be safe out there!
“Are you the Carpetbagger?” 😁😁😁😁
They look much safer than the chair lifts in Gatlinburg when I was a kid!. Thanks
The story of your daughter on the chair lift gave me a mini anxiety attack! Omggggg! 😮 Cheers to Mama for her Spiderman moves! 💞
This place is beautiful and someday I’d like to take my kids here. Thank you for sharing! And yeah....that mountain coaster is gonna be a NOPE for me 🤢
I think I heard the sound of your screams echoing through the mountains.
For real?
That ride looks like it would take your breath away, can see why you kept yelling: "Oh My God".
So glad I moved to Tennessee such a beautiful state with amazing people
As you told us about your daughter my heart actually hurt. It is still pounding in my chest. I can't imagine
Love your videos. Such a joy to watch. You are hysterical in this one and in the haunted attractions! You bring happiness to the masses! Great to see common sense states open again unlike the Dictator Regime we live in here in New Jersey!
thanks for the video. We are going to anakeesta mid june my husband will enjoy the rail runner i will just enjoy the views of anakeesta
Haha. Your screaming was amusing Jacob. I remember riding that not too long ago.
I was just there Tuesday!! Thank you for your videos on Gatlinburg I knew exactly where to go and what to do!!!!
What a great video! I loved the shrieks of terror on the downhill coaster. Great vlog today
We're laughing so hard we are crying watching that mountain ride!!! Got to do it. Great video Carpetbagger
Yes first ride on a coaster, and no better place to be!

I’m in Gatlinburg right now! I’m going to do this tomorrow!! So excited!
You have the best scream. The coaster looked terrifying . Do not enjoy chair lifts. Beautiful scenery. Loved it. Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
Thanks for having me along for the ride this is fun I've never been maybe sometime in the future
Great to see you and so many others out!
Brickwork patios are covered with sand where it is allowed to work itself into the "cracks" to stabilize them. The rest is brushed away .
some great items to cook on the barbeque are corn, steak, chicken drumsticks & potatoes
I enjoyed the heck of this video! It looks like a fun place to go and a nice way to spend an afternoon. Gotta say, though, I actually laughed out loud when you were on that “coaster”!!!
Jacob, thanks for your Gatlinburg area videos. Always good stuff. 👍🏻
That mountain coaster legit looked fast, scary and dangerous unlike the others I've seen. I love Anakeesta but I pass on these things.
I had to turn down the volume so the neighbors didn't think someone was being murdered when you went on that coaster! Wow. No thanks for me.
The mountain coaster is one of the sketchiest looking bad ideas ever. I want in.
I thought sasquatch would have a bigger arm spread and feet!😁
Love this ❤❤❤
18:35 Gets spotted due to those enormous chops. Of course the dude probably heard CB's screaming from another side of the park and figured: "Only one guy screams like a teeny bopper at an Elvis concert!!"
wow a fairly steep roller coaster if you look at it nice ride
Really enjoyed your story today Carpetbagger
Did it cross your mind while walking down toward the damaged trail with the tree pushed over that there might be other trees damaged and just waiting to tip over? I am scared of heights, and that is what I would think the whole time. lol
Thanks for the ride!
You poor thing. The things you do for us on UA-cam:) That coaster was intense.
my family rented a cabin in north carolina and were going on june 13 and then 5 days later were going to gatlinburg
Guten Morgen
We went to anakeesta August 1st it was my favorite place there 💓❤️
Keep up the great work Jacob
Your daughter doesn't seem afraid of heights today so she probably doesn't remember. Still find it strange they didn't have an emergency stop.
Great Video Jacob... Definitely on my list to visit as well! Looking forward to your next adventure!
Finally in the first video, I've seen, he's been reconized
Your videos leave me feeling like I made the trip with you. Good work. ps I have developed a fear of heights since my 50s but I hung on tightly to the bar on the ski lift. LOL Can't wait for next ride. 😊
I wish i could go to places like that
Where do u live?
That was the scariest thing ever, I hated it! OMG hahahahaha love your videos

I like the skybuckets!!
I enjoy watching your travel places. Thanks for sharing
Wow that daughter story was scary but a good lesson for others
Omg that’s aweful!! Geez thank God for mom’s super strength when need be lol
Your mountain coaster ride gave me a chuckle sorry it was scary for you, have not tried it yet
So Jacob won't ride a fully safe roller coaster, but will ride one of these single rail things? These are so much more terrifying than regular roller coasters.😂
Hi Jacob awesome vlog at anakeesta👍🏻
We were probably there around the same time. We were there the 31st and the 1st 😊
I suffered a biceps tear riding that thing! Never again!
They really got a lot of mileage with the Bigfoot theming on their signs.
Put up a sign and then have mask less people stand cheek to jowl when paying admission.
Me and my family are going to Gatlinburg pretty soon
I really enjoyed this video...Great job...
Fun vlog!!! Thank you Jacob!
Did I miss the rest of your ride down on the roadrunner? It was so funny. You crack me up.
Heights are not my thing. I like flying.
Good morning Jacob! My favorite youtuber
Try wicked twister at cedar point....I love coasters but I got off that one and seriously thought I was having a heart attack.....
Oh cool! I was just in Gatlinburg today! Was hoping to get into some of the other attractions in town, but it seemed like a lot the ripleys stuff was closed
Thank you lve this so much
A lot of people not wearing masks there 😳 Stay safe everyone!
