There are many seasons in life. Some are very dark and stormy, and some are full of sunshine. We need to live with faith in all times. We need to do things that bring us peace. It may be taking a walk, working in the garden,or any number of things.

At the end of the day, we all can get bored burnt out, and lose passion for our hobbies work, etc. But I feel that anything a person wants to do should come from love and passion. Everyone once in a while needs a break or time apart from said thing to rejuvenate that spark. But yeah, I genuinely hope you have a great year's harvest and thank you for all the kind words hope you have a great day.
I garden in pots… any no matter how ugly. I get what is cheap… I save my dirt from year to year… pull out roots that may be in it… pour boiling water over the dirt to kill if any pests are inside the dirt… amend it snd set it aside for gardening season. And yes it helps me physically, mentally & emotionally. Sometimes I get great results…. Last year I did not. I learn each year add and fix what I can. KEEP GARDENING!
