Those Audis are bad ass, but the depreciation on those cars is ridiculous.
I remember everyone hated Acura for having two screens in the Acura tlx 2015-2020 with a top screen for apple car play camera gps etc and bottom screen had your full climate control including heated and vented seats and showed the music you were playing while you had the map open on top screen.
Now Audi does it and it's great... Ain't that something
I am pretty sure it was more that the Acura wasn't competitive overall that was the issue. And no where in any universe is the quality of the interior of any Acura better than Audi.
@@layne4376 not saying that it's better. This is about the dual screen setup with climate controls specifically being fully controlled by a second lower screen. This exact thing was hated but now it's loved.

I thought the last gen and this gen look absolutely stunning, but I cannot comprehend paying $150,000 for a car that in 5 years you can probably buy it for about 60 ish? It's sad that something so stunning and beautiful drops in value so quickly and the same thing happens to BMW and Mercedes-Benz as well!

I'm not hating on a car that I would buy in a heartbeat because I can afford it, but it's just sad that something is so beautiful drops in value so fast! Right?! Even the X5 and X7 has blank buttons that would be for rear seat ventilation, but it's not even available. They would rather tease you, "We could feasibly put that here, and we know you want that feature, but nope, we won't do it."

Boost specs can be deceiving if they add atmospheric pressure (15 psi) which audi apparently did!

@@Donnieburger80 Audi released first generation A7 in 2010, which was a sport back design. The 2010 Honda Accord was still a frumpy looking sedan. Audi kept the sport back shape on the A7 since the original release. So, I’m not sure how Audi copied Honda?!
Save $90,000 and get a TLX Type S. Since both cars have a top speed of 155 mph.
Or for an 8th of the price, get a Stinger GT AWD. Just as practical, with a top speed of 167 (without limiter)

Much prefer the lines of the first generation and you could get up to 605hp on the last RS7 Plus models(and easily tuned). This car, while it does look good, just doesn't seem to have the presence of a MB GT63 or BMW M8 Gran Coupe. BUT it holds its own for sure, although Audi ergonomics drive me crazy!
I always think Audis show really well in silver or smoked grey. Very curious to see what they will do on a next-generation, especially considering the A6 is now EV.
This or an RS6 Avant are my dream cars.

Audi’s middle cars are their best. A6 and A7 and all their variants. RS6 GT and this RS7 are the best cars they make.
I really love the look of the RS7 but man the ride quality is horrible vs the M5 Competition. The M5 is just so freaking smooth/Solid and brutal all the way to top speed..

@@montaviousheard719yea becuase that m8 was sandbagging. Watch it again. When they show the quarter mile times under the m8s 11.5 time it says "previously did 10.9" under it. The rs7 performance has now had 3 different times to post a faster time then 11.3 on carwow and it's only ever gotten 11.3-11.4 .. so no the m8 is way faster when running correctly. It can do 10.8s ... a m4 xdrive does 11.0s bone stock.. this ain't even faster then that.
