So cool, I actually worked here as a labourer in 2004 & 2005! The place looks pretty much the same as it did then. I remember being a part of the waterfall construction, what an enormous undertaking that was... And don't get me started on the boardwalks - shovelling those in the winter was a full day's work
Wow this has got to be the most coolest estate in canada! I'm blown away. Beautiful landscape and so well built n decorated. It's got everything. Love it! 🍻

I work right beside it, its an incredible incredible beautiful area. The property is amazing The incredibly unfair thing is the taxes that the county robs each year from the owner. Each and every building is not the county's property, no way should they be allowed to charge any owner the taxes that they do... the road is the only service....

If I was filthy rich this would be my choice .Don't need to look any further .There would be no place anywhere to compare .The designer is a master , the owner has a gold mine .I've always been a western fan and this fuels my passion. Modern houses are not my desire. This ranch with modern additives still leaves the past atmosphere in tact .Thank you for a great showing 👌

Phenomenal businessperson that owns this. Good example of the fruits of success. Originally built as corporate retreat center, then transferred to personal ownership.
There were many movies filmed on this location. Legends of the fall being one.
It was quit an engaging story and I was lost in it. I dont have money to even visit but I really liked the presentation. She looked like a character of the same story she was telling. Just awesome!

Astounding. Looks very German $ Sanctuary. Lots of wealthy Europeans are fascinated with cowboys, horses and Western culture. This is a kid's fantasy brought to Life.
Something Michael Schumacher would build . (See his ranch in Switzerland, recently sold) The detail & quality makes this a bargain for right buyer.
In fact, anywhere else the price would double.
Surprised there is no swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna.
Should be an easy sale.

That is a beautiful property. 4 bars, 1 church... it really needs to be bought as a investment and rented out. That is the only way to cover the margins of daily costs. 11,000 sq ft main home requires staff if it is "just" used as a home. I find it fascinating. They must have some sort of hookups for the horse trailers with living space in the front. But there is no way to show every single detail on a property of that size. I hope whomever buys it really falls in love with it. Thanks for making us the vid. It is something I never would have seen any other way.

The boat house structure was all hand hewn on site and was built shortly after the lake was completed in 2001

This was maximum west when I worked there! Super beautiful place. They were building the fishing pond when I was there. Mr.Balm was the owner back then, not sure if I spelled his name right. He used to own fracmaster. German fellow.
