"How much you clean and press bro?" "Ah, 225." "Nice bro, I just hit 275 last week." Klokov: "I was talking kilos..."
after 4 shots of vodka lmao
lol nice one
LOL
+steroidsR4losers He isn't a fake natty, who cares? Go and expose other fake natties not genuinly strong ass world champions
he was a weightlifter and Olympic silver medalist, not a powerlifter!
No belt, no suit, no spotters, no showmanship before the lift. This guy is a legend.
shut up
@@patricksomaine3700 no, u shut up.
Patrick Somaine ur mom gey
What showmanship? U fuck
Honestly, if you can pull those numbers you are free to celebrate as much as you want
it's mind boggling really how i'm struggling with 170kg deadlift and this guy just flips 200+ onto his chest and frontsquats it up. Insane!!
Wow. That's some jacked Minister of Energy deputy
Every lift is his greatest lift...klokov has to be the most consistent lifter I ever seen...he's always on
This guy should have been an elevator
***** HAHAHAHA! nice one!
This guy is stoned for sure
280 kg stiff legged deadlift amazing
No fucking belt either....insane
That's a normal Deadlift lol
Not only that, the bar is at least 1” from his shins so he’s at disadvantaged leverage. Most people don’t understand how much back strength this really is
broke my back just watching that
@@leonbremer4216 no
Americans be like "I can do that, easy"
*it's in kilos, mate*
America landed on the moon with pounds and feet. And, we invented freedom. Your Welcome.
the fact he has a staggered stance is amazing, adaptation to his bodies mechanics... legend
amazing physique.. legendary strength.
I’m hoping I get stronger by watching him lift. Hoping and hoping.
how's that working out for ya
OthMan well....not as good as I was hoping. You even lift bruh?
How about now@@illegalinfluence
So good to see so many smiles whilst being an example of excellence.
*every powerlifter and bodybuilder just went to the corner and carried on lifting quietly*
DA DADASDAD Well, deadlifting yes. But ask them about all the other lifts he does. He's good on everything
DA DADASDAD His deadlift is super weak compared to his other lifts.
Apjooz That is because he does them exclusively stiff-legged.
Klokovs deadlift technique is not the greatest.
+khorshed alam Ask Klokov to bench 200 kg. Well? I thought so.
Дмитрий, спасибо за мотивацию !
first time i see this techinque on the deadlifs hes left foot is forward and seams like more bend like the right foot also the bar is far from him that makes it even harder truly a beast and unique technique
He's answered the left foot forward question dozens of times in his videos if you are interested.
Vadim Chetinin What did he say?
it's just comfortable for him. When he puts his feet parallel one of them like shakes and twitches, pretty weird (it's in one of his videos). I went down the crossfit games and he was doing demos there and he mentioned the foot thing again, then he referred to a famous weightlifter that used to start with both feet touching in like a v shape. he just says "whatever is comfortable for you"
Vadim Chetinin did he say anything about it potentially developing an imbalance?
i was thinking the same thing...
Nobody is going to argue with his daughter that her daddy is the strongest
Tony Stark maybe Eddie hall's Son ;)
Maik Jansen wrt power to weight ratio, weightlifters and ahead of powerlifters so I've read somewhere. Not sure though.
@@anupranavde9290 Eddie hall isn't a powerlifter though. And he was literally the world's strongest man
@@anupranavde9290 nope,u read it wrong.
You don't get it. The strongest weightlifters lift weight more than thrice their bodyweight above their head. Imagine the force and power generated. Call me when Eddie hall does so. I don't mean to disrespect Hall, but reality don't change.
1:59 man with accordion, lol
most russian thing ive seen, a guy casually cleaning 215kg with a other guy with a fucking accordian watching like
go conrad
That guy with the accordion at 2:01 wasn't afraid of the possibility to lose his left foot 😂😂🤔
has the guy at 2:00 got an accordion in the gym haha
+Josh Roberts LOL... good eye.
+Josh Roberts noticed that too actually (it's bayan really, not accordion). I'm impressed with that other guy, when Klokov drops the barbell some 15 cm from that other guy's feet, he didn't twitch a muscle. I mean, 215kg on your toes, it would've been a completely different video.
+Josh Roberts more importantly, why wasnt he afraid of losing his feet to those weights
+Josh Roberts that guy is Vyacheslav Rigert - amazing athlete and son of Olympic Champion David Rigert. Google his videos - he's a beast
Koklov's that strong he's got bards following him around writing songs about his exploits
I bet this monster can throw a 45 lbs plate around like a Frisbee !
those snatch grip stiff-legged DLs look absolutely brutal
The 125 Klokov press was the most impressive out of the selected.
That overhead press power is crazy
such a fucking beast..!
4:30 daamn mirin so hard.
Nie Wazne who wouldn’t though
Дмитрию как всегда респектищееее!!!!)
Outstanding Olympic lifter, strength lifter, athlete and possessor of an elite physique. He's great.
I know he's a professional and has 40+ lbs on me, but watching somebody effortlessly C&J your max deadlift is something else
Gotta' love this dude's testosterone levels.
125kg behind the neck. Fuck me.
ubeliVABLE
For reps!
Snatch grip!
NinjaTyler did 180kg behind the neck.
But Ninja Tyler is 17 years old, doesn't count.
Song is: Killswitch Engage "Rose of Sharyn."
Thanks!
4:24 You know she 'mirin'
she drippin wet
3:10 perfect form on both lifts
Their reaction at 9:28 is awesome lol ^^ that trainer 9:35 is probably telling the other guy/trainer to not miss the lift haha :D
I would also be stunned if I saw such a sick lift, 260 kg ass to the grass with a huuuuge pause!
MarwanGaming This paused ATG Squat with ease is in my opinion the most stunning lift in the whole video
This man is fucking incredible, her physique and strength is amazing.
Imagine just coming out of your aerobics class and theres Klokov casually squatting 245kgs lol
1:24 proves that you can get great abs by deadlifting
Love his energy it's so positive
I fucking LOVE Klokov as an athlete. He looks amazing and pulls mad weight, what more can someone ask.
I'm proud to say that I squat at this legend's depth.
Not as heavy but still proud.
+Leon Trótsky I am proud to say that I have the same pair of shoes. :)
+R Kim shoes?
Nike Romaleos 2
Do you ever get pain on he outside of your lower leg from that? I squatted like that for a couple years but had to stop because I got a super intense pain there. It got bad enough that I could barely walk or take the stairs.
Anyway, point is, I want to get back to that style of squatting and I was wondering if you have any tips.
1TieDye1 cramps or not stretching can cause that once you reach your later years. Stretch and you won't feel it's there anymore
What an absolute beast. The human body optimized
2:33 the fact that a man like lasha can take this weight from the ground to over his head in one continuous movement is insane
265kg front squat, oh god ! :O
He has hit around 300kg before.
That's ridiculous. The most I ever front squatted was 195kg
Most of his lifts tend to be ridiculous.
***** *throws bags of attention
***** uh huh huhh , t-that's nothing man. I did 80 kilograms for 10 reps recently.Seriously though, that's more than most people deadlift, let alone back squat. Are you a professional lifter?
It's crazy how big speed difference there is in that 300kg deadlift and 220kg clean and jerk. Just saying. Insane strength.
This video made me to go to gym yesterday and do some heavy deadlift lol
everything in this video is awsome.
That's one power house of a bloke! So explosive with such great form too!
Anyone else notice how he places one foot slightly in front of the other in a lot of his deadlifts and squats? It's so pronounced it seems deliberate.
Очень классная техника у Дмитрия!
If his deadlift form wasn't so "damaged" by his oly lifting he'd be deadlifting 350 without a problem. This isn't criticism, just an observation.
Хорошая нарезка видео круто!
this guy is in fantastic shape.....
Eddie Hall: "I'm twice as big as you, and I'm the strongest man in the world". Dmitry Klokov: "Hold my barbell"
Unbelieveble how strong he is!!
Красавец, спору нет.
Pound for pound, this guy is stronger than any powerlifter without question.
Such an inspiration to see !!
6:53 why is one foot ahead of the other? He does this on one of the side profiles of his deadlift too?
Thats the position he feels comfortable, also narrow watch "YOU ARE NOT KLOKOV" from zack telander
Never have I wanted vocals to come in more than with the first song
Daniel great vid
im actually suprised at how his static strength of the posterior chain is relatively weak, when compared to the static strength of his quads for example. It really goes to show that static and explosive strength are completely different.
It also makes sense, the quads don't have to be very explosive in weightlifting, whereas the posterior chain does. This is because the pulls have to be very quick, but the quads just have to be able to squat the weight up once it's caught in the bottom position.
Is it just me or he doesnt put his feet at the same level?
No, dunno why.. could be that one leg is slightly longer.
It’s a physiological thing, for some reason that footing can prevent lower back pain and injuries
He had to adapt to a shoulder injury.
It is slightly longer look at the way he walks
I love his squats!!!!
he is truly a beast
He's squatting my max deadlift for reps.... insane.
240 kg for 10 reps. 10 fucking reps. he just put every powerlifter in america to shame
Klokov is strong but his deadlift is weak In comparison to pro powerlifters
bveit12 I admire Klokov and would definitely say he's world elite for sure, but there are dudes pulling 800lbs (~362 kgs) for reps upwards towards 10 (8 on youtube). I admire his ability to be so damn strong while keeping a body builder style physique, and obviously a shit ton of mobility. The man is a fucking tank, and deserves a shit ton of respect.
Johanthegnarler Leeman has 9 reps for 800lbs, but he's much heavier i think. What does Eddie hall deadlift?
Jokk3asd I'm not saying Klokov is bad, i love he's lifts but he's not putting everyone in america to shame in deadlift.
Jonas TheViking Uhm.. The original comment referred to Klokov SQUATTING 240kg x10 yes? Why is everyone talking about his deadlift? His deadlift is interesting to talk about as well but the original comment was about his squat. So any thoughts on that? haha
What is the background music at the beginning of this film?So good💪🏻
Amazing. Just amazing.
Most impressing: every lift w/o a belt! Is his core made from steel?
Strength in the vid, elitism in the comments.
1:43 Klokov's bar always rotates clockwise (to the right). I have heard somewhere that one of his legs are longer than the other, and that probably explains it, if it's true.
Edit: or maybe just because he split jerks with the left leg forward.
I Want Lee due to a shoulder injury
klokov is truly a monster
When Kovlov does a back squat, it's 3-4 seconds down, hold at the bottom for five seconds, then drives up! Insane! Imagine his b.p. at bottom?!?
he is a beast watch and learn
Sickenin, pissenin, Dmitrennin.
BTW, I love Killswitch Engage.
Ultimate non cookie cutter unlike Dale chunky cheese Chance
I've just noticed his unorthodox feet placement. His left foot is slightly forward compared to his right no matter what type of lift he does except maybe the snatch. I wonder if there is a special reason for that ? maybe an old hip or knee injury that hinders his mobility or just personal preference ?
He covered that in one of his videos, but basically his left ankle lifts off the ground if he puts his feet side by side. Because the other foot is longer, like most people. He places the left foot in front to compensate and keeps his ankles firmly planted.
Thanks guys, mystery solved
@ 3:14, can someone please explain to me what stance you call this? and how its beneficial?
Настоящий Русский мужик!
2:25 THATS a Pause Squat, none that half second pause shit I see on insta
The one at the end gave me chills, fucking beast
my hero
Nice video. Name of the first song?

i love you longhorns6610. I hope your doing well for yourself. Had to scroll down forever to find the name of the song lol.
DA BASIC LIFTS RULE
nice video & cool music

Very very very strong ,very very very good
7:13-7:21 ничесе вспаханная борозда на спине...мышцы просто огонь!
And now he is preparing for 20 kilometrs marathon...
Just perfect for planet fitness
Anyone knows the name of the first song?

hes a fucking monster;) love him
4:26 the depth
Knees of steel.
chick at 4:30 was miring hard!
That's his wife lol
lmao, makes sense then.
Eddie Campos Dmitry Klokov's wife is not in this video!
heshes a beast... why does his left leg bow outward?
When you look like a bodybuilder and lift like a weightlifter......!!!
Why are his feet not aligned? Does anyone know?
True meaning of ads to grass 2:30
This music puts me in the mood to play street fighter.
