  • The Gracie Bullyproof Summer Camp is offered once a year at Gracie University Headquarters and at select Certified Training Centers around the world!
Although the exact price and dates vary by locations, this 5-day camp will take place Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm. Designed for children, ages 6 and up, this is our most popular camp of the year and typically sells out several months in advance.
Every child will get bullied at some point in their lives, and technology is only making matters worse since the bullying doesn't end when they leave school. Our goal is to equip your child with verbal and physical self-defense skills as well as the confidence to set boundaries, so that if they are targeted, they can put an end to the harassment before it's too late.
    1. Unshakable Confidence with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
Bullies target children who don't stand up for themselves. By giving your child the non-violent Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques to neutralize a physical attack, they will have the confidence to take a stand against bullies before the harassment spirals out of control.
    2. Verbal Self-defense Training
Verbal harassment is more common, and often times more damaging, than physical harassment. To ensure your child is ready to identify and overcome these inevitable attacks, we conduct a series of specific role-playing exercises each day of the camp.
    3. Fun & Fitness for All Ages
Kids don't like to exercise, but they love to have fun. Each morning we begin with the "animal warm-up," and throughout the day we play several other games designed to give your child the exercise they need and the fun they want!
    4. Character Development & Drug Defense
The connection we develop with the camp participants is strong, and we use this connection to instill the life lessons that every child needs. Each day we choose a different topic, from discipline and healthy living to drug defense and abduction prevention, so your child is ready for life beyond the playground.

My 8 year old daughter just recently started this program and she LOVES it!!! She looks forward to every single one of her classes and even makes sure her gi is ready for class the night before. They also have an incentive program for the kids that rewards good behavior, responsibility and other positive attributes. Jener, Ryron, Zach, Bobbi and the other instructors there are AMAZING!!! Thank you Gracie University for all that you do! It is greatly appreciated! 🙏

Gracie Jiu Jitsu has something for all ages. I love watching whole families learning and bonding together. This is one of the best experiences anyone can have and I am very happy and proud to be part of the Gracie family. It took me 65 years to find it, but I'm glad that I did.

I really appreciate you doing this. I remember the things I learned when I did martial arts and I'm glad that the kids will learn the same thing

Can you please do a course in Chicago!!! We need more teachers like you here!!! We need passionate teachers like this training jiu jitsu that just train and they have no passion for it, they are just there for the money. That is why I haven't gone back.

O, I think Gracie Jujitsu is a tremendously great platform under which the Truth in how to be involved in the realities of the "Dunyah" "LIFESTYLE" is implemented and also how to be able to defend yourself if nessesary...
    *99% Thumbs up!*

This might sound a bit extra, but 2:10 made my eyes water. I was bullied very badly in school and the worst part was how the school was not just allowing it, but encouraging it, by not allowing me to do anything about it, even if it was verbal defense. There were a lot of sport politics there and I wasn't someone who played school sports like my bullies, but instead sports out of school. I feared authority even after school. I wish I believed this right here back then, because even though I was capable of standing up for myself, especially physically, but buckled under authority. I've always expected to get hurt in a fight, but have never been afraid of getting hurt in a fight either. The constant oppression bred that in me at a young age. This also makes me a non aggressive person, even with that great injustice, because I do expect to get hurt if I were get caught in a physical fight. It's never my first option.
To give an idea, I was attacked by a boy at school, where punches were constantly thrown into my chest as I kept backing away and walking backwards. I decided to block, because running wasn't working. As I blocked, he pulled away ferociously and ended up pulling his own shirt's botton off in same way. I got into trouble for damaging his uniform...

Not at all too young! She’d be in the “Little Champs” program (5-7 year olds). Look up Gracie University online, give them a call and you can sign her up for a 10-day free trial.

There is no enrollment period so you can sign her up anytime and she can start right away.
