I make these all the time this way on the smoker. Try adding lime juice, cilantro, green onion, and a little bit of that bacon grease to the cheese mixture before you stuff em

I just got back from the commissary and now have all the ingredients … I’m gonna change it ‘slightly’ by adding salad shrimp [250-350 count] into the cheese blend, and sprinkle some Old Bay in/on as well.

Nice cook. I love poppers. I found this out a while ago. The capcaicin is in the ribs. The removal of the seeds typically removes the ribs. If you eat a seed that you pluck out versus scraping out and taste it, you will see that the seeds themselves are not hot.

These are one of my favorite things! I've always done them in the oven and wrapped them in bacon as you did before. This looks and seems like a much easier way to do it and they cooked up so evenly and nice without the filling oozing out everywhere. I'm definitely going to try it this way! Thank you!!! 🌞🌴

Absolutely love Jalapenos and different ways to make and eat them. The Jalapeno is probably the lowest heat pepper in my opinion, I'll eat them pickled seeds and all. But that comes with the territory being a heat head😂😂 I'll even eat ghost peppers. Great job guys.. looks fantastic as usual.

Soaking your cut jalapeños in cheap lemon lime soda takes out some heat, here's what I found (not law but a guide) 15 minutes, hot, 30 minutes, has a little heat but tolerable, 45+, not hot. Plus, the jalapeño flavored soda is weirdly good.
