The 2-way conversation feature is not good. The user must hold down the talk button to speak. Some other camera models only need to press the talk button once to comfortably have a true two-way conversation. Eufy needs to improve this feature

Why does the camera need to be charged with the usb cable when it is already a wired setup?

The floodlight camera supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. So you should be good to go.
