In this video I will be exploring the new Dual Cam E340 Floodlight Security camera from Eufy. The exploration will include an unboxing and setting up the device to see if the 2 cameras are useful or just a gimmick. I am also hoping this fixes some niggles I have with the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro, wish me luck!

Great review! Does this have the 100dB siren like the S330?
Great review. I have this along with 4 x E330 24/7 cameras (upgraded from 2C Pros) and I love the automatic stitching together of the videos across all the cameras ("cross-camera stories"), including this one. It's another benefit of this camera when used with the HB3.
Not as far as i am aware.. There is also a work around if you do have problems in that you just share the camera with a separete user account and it will have same effect.

Hi Scott, great review on eufy E340 camera. I am strongly thinking of getting one. One major question I have is can the camera be viewed on two divices at the same time eg phone and lap top or 2 different phones? I look forward to your reply. Regards Pat
Sure can. I often have it on my phone and also streaming on an iPad at home at the same time :-)
Hii,Do I need a home Base for this function/ allow multiple devices view the camera at the same time? Or is home base just for storage?
Does it work with homebase 2?
Does the homebase 3 come with storage space? Or does that have to be purchased separately?
It comes with a small amount on board if you didn’t wanted to add your own disk.
How is it 5 months later? I’m thinking of getting this for our back garden. Still happy with everything? Thanks
It’s been awesome! I have it out front but am also considering another for my back garden because the HDR and 24/7 recording is great!
@@scottpinhorne for now I was hoping to just use an sd card in it. Any idea how many days or recordings would store on a 128gb roughly?
I bought the S330, now i feel i made the wrong choice. So am i right in saying that the s330 doesnt do 24/7 recording? I bought it cz of the 3 panels, but i thing id rather a cam that will record 24/7, and on the home storage as well.
Sadly the s330 won’t record 24/7 :-(
I feel like you still should've shown the way you connected the wire, but put a disclaimer to try at your own risk but other than that great video

The Eufy Floodlight camera had to be returned. The 360-degree views on the camera were the only feature I found appealing; everything else about it is terrible. Occasionally, when someone walks directly in front of the camera, nothing gets captured. I receive notifications for each passing car. That is really pathetic. The face is indistinct and difficult to see when I enlarge the image. Not worthwhile.
