Nothing beats a home with a nice rooftop deck...a great backyard, a nice seating Area's and balcony it is defintely a win! Seeing a pokie bowl ( brings plenty of memories) and that bed sit shower sounds relaxing! Plenty of space and room to accomodate a growing family. Just mentioning also that Amazing shot! A one take wonder! Haha some skills! 👏👏👏 Another great home show, never seem to Amaze me. It could be one of my favorite you toured in this Area. Lovely work! ❤️

Beautiful home, but black and dark brown colors, I'd change it with pop happy colors, positive colors. Love the pool side. 😊😊😊
Is there an elevator? Seems like many homes at a $10M price point would have an elevator. The rooftop has a dining table but no outdoor BBQ so without an elevator, that's a lot of stairs to be serving food from the kitchen to the rooftop. I can picture a lot of people dropping their meal on the stairs, particularly after an afternoon of drinking!

Hey Darren what do you think of the house next to this one with the big statues on the front lawn, in particular the big dragon holding the swords? Personally I think it's a bit of an eyesore, making it harder to sell this property and the other one on the other side. It's just too bad this area doesn't have HOA.

Why does so many of these houses? Always have so much wasted space in the front of a mansion in the little backyard. I get having a big driveway but isn’t necessary.

Probably a good value, but historically, you do not want the most expensive house on the block which this one is.

Sherman Oaks? Isn’t that where poor people (millionaires) go to buy homes who can’t afford to buy in Beverly Hills or Bel Air (were billionaires live).
Beverly Hills has become un-cool and caused rich White Flight because a lot of Middle Eastern people are moving into Beverly Hills because that's the American Dream. Bel Air is still cool. Sherman Oaks is like Encino or Woodland Hills.
