For the spacers...see if you have any of the black washers that come with tv wall mounts. Usually the hardware kit comes with black plastic spacers. Otherwise I'd see if you can pick up black rubber spacers from your hardware store.
I have lots of the TV wall mount spacers, i want something with the same footprint as the bracket, so to the hardware store! 😊

You’re looking for a light bar for the bumper that has an amber fog light? If so, brightsource has some options. The T4 Titanium is one option. Code ‘Donslife’ to save some money.

Couldn't you just raise the bolts in the bracket to the top of the slot? That looks like it would raise it up about 1/2" instead of needing spacers under the bracket.

why do you need covers >? is it actually an infraction if you don"t ?
Some Provinces and States require off road lights to be covered when on-road.
Hey Don, I do have this exact LED bar. How did you manage to connect the position lights? I've been trying to figure out how to get the position lights to auto-turn on when the vehicle is being started. I tried to connect it to my fuse box, but that thing didn't work out due to the fuse blowing out.

You could add a relay to the circuit you keep blowing the fuse for and have them come on with the lights
oh okay. so you just wired it with the auxbeam. I can easily do that, just trying to figure out how to make the position light act as a DRL light without blowing the fuse. lol@@Donslife

Yes S&B full time. Probably time for a replacement filter cartridge soon
Lightbars are played out, in this application i would have used baja designs LP6 pro
In the video I speak to why I couldn’t go that high. The lights you are referring to are over 7” tall at the mounting point. I wanted round lights. Wasn’t an option for clearance.
Did you find someone with a 3D printer ? Also what provenance are you in ? i can’t recall if you mentioned it. I’m in B.C. and I work in Alberta, also i’ve got a CNC laser setup and can totally customize everything I make
