What a great tent, I'll certainly have a closer look when my grandson is up to coming camping with me but I think that it would be fine for one person as long as you aren't going up and down steep hills all day.
I like a 2 man tent also for myself. Great being able to have your rucksack in beside you.
You made a fine presentation on this tent and how to use it. I was usually out with my wife: we used a three-person tent. With those pull-outs, my wife and I could have done with a two-person model.

I have a Banshee 2 person and it is only big enough for me and my kit.
I bought the Banshee 300 for camping with my daughter with is just right for 2 people.

That's exactly what i was thinking as i've been on look out for a new tent that can be used in colder weather yet they have so much mesh so can't keep the heat in, looks like i'll be sticking with my mountain equipment one for a while longer, although it's a bit heavier it packs smaller that one in this video
Well now considering there's manufacturers claiming 5 season equipment I reckon they're basically saying "our stuff will work, but you might not be comfortable"
@Steven Ward I have a Forceatt 3 person tent, it's almost the same thing, & I bought 2 Lyn emergency blankets, they're really strong & thick, even come with tent pegs, & reinforced brass rings to either tie down or stake, I use 1 on the inside & 1 over the tent, & it's rain fly, works better turn my 4 season tent, & only 5lbs for a large 3 person, it's a win-win!!!
This tent is for three seasons. As long as it is not tens of degrees below zero in winter, it can be used normally with sleeping pads and sleeping bags.
It’s always interesting to see these. Price-wise for me I’d rather buy a Vango but nice to see good specs on this tent.

That’s got some space for a tent under 2kg. I like the exoskeleton design with the poles, seems to work well pitching when it’s windy.

This is exactly the same design as the 3FULGear Taiji 2.
But my Taiji 2 has a proper solid 4 season inner, the mesh inner for the Taiji is sold as a the 3 season version.
I was just away to say the same! Looks just like a rebranded taji 2.
Not got a taji 2 yet, but it's on my list with the 4 season inner. Have another couple of 3ful gear tents, they're good for the money.
I'm half way through, this tent looks crazy good. Reminds me of a Big Agnes/Nemo tent. Price is great too. Glad they got rid of that logo, it always put me off getting a Nightcat.

It is the taiji 2 night cat have the license to use the 3f ul tents same as they do the lanshan1 and put their logo on it, which is definitely a huge improvement now 👍👍👌

NightCat do a 1 man tent called a Lander1. It uses a walking pole as its 1 pole. And best of all it only weighs around 760 grams. Sound like exactly what you need Dan. I bought the Hiero Stove last week on your recommendation. I tested it indoors using 400ml of water. It took 1.38 minutes to boil. It's like a mighty firestorm when it first starts, lol. I learned pretty damned quick to turn it on very low to start, lol. I live in Huddersfield by the way.

I have a vango sabre 200 that pitches the same,
I also have a lichfield hornet 2,that pitches flysheet first,unfortunately its dry weather use only now as the sewn in groundsheet has dried out, and is patchy, the fly is sound, and would make quite a good stealth tent,its a 3 hoop tunnel, had it years and actually stealth camped in windermere at the back of a football pitch, in the 80s lol

One long advert. Nothing wrong with getting free stuff but it should be noted somewhere in the title or description that you got the tent for free. That way people can decide if they want to watch it before they start playing the video.

Dude check out the MSR Elixir 1 man tent. It's the dark green you want but for a 1 man there is so so much space. About the size of a 2 man. Sleeping compartment will fit 1 but the storage area fits another 2 men. I think I'm in love with it. Brilliant episode brother

Great vid... You said £200 but via your link right now it looks like it's $99 including delivery so by the time it gets here (UK) with tax etc it's got to be about £100 which is stupid cheap.

Theres too much mesh for my liking pal, it's certainly not a 4 season tent but even for mild use theres still too much mesh. I'd like to see how it copes in adverse conditions. The packsize looks pretty bulky also

A two person tent is a one person plus gear , people take more gear these days with stuff being lighter and thinner. They pack more gadgets , maybe a dog , but yeah DONT leave any gear in vestibules , bring it inside , i dont share a tent , not because in a tight ass , but you want room to change , i always keep my pack inside ,
You put the guy lines on wrong. The line locks (the triangle things) are meant to be at the other end so you can tension the guys without adjusting the peg
Dunno if mesh is 4 season. The Bobcat is more material on inside, But that looks alot more roomy.
It is a three-season tent, but with sleeping pads and sleeping bags, these warm equipment can also be used in four seasons

This tent seems completely different from what I'm seeing on Amazon. The guide ropes on the frame whereas they are on the material on Amazon, the door bungee tie out is good and the logo is better on this. Is this tent not being sold anymore. I noticed you said it was 200 but on Amazon they are around 75.... I'm so confused but I like this one.
