Today I chose to be aware of why I'm sometimes making coming to the mat more difficult than it needs to be, like it's almost 2am right now and I've been putting off doing yoga all day but also I can't go to bed unless I've done my daily practice so yeah...I'm trying to work on being more aware of why I sometimes do that. I have done many of Adriene's videos over the past five years and today I finally appreciated downward dog as a resting pose! All it took was going from my forearms to my hands numerous times in plank lol
Every time I think that I can’t hold a pose you say “we’re here for 5” and I know i can hold it for 5 more. Thank you for being aware of when we need a little boost. Grateful.

Yes! I've lost count, probably have practiced yoga with the incredible Adriene for over to 130 days since starting in April, 2020. Everyday practice has been good for me.

Wow what a practice today! 👏 I loved this yoga practice. Before the practice I was struggling, I had to give myself a little talking to. I get overwhelmed by stuff, and I was definitely having one of those days. But after talking to myself, and pressing play on the video, I feel so much better. Some times the hardest part is showing up, and once you've done that, you can do anything.❤ I have become aware of that over time, and practicing alongside you. So thank you Adriene, for this video, and all that you have taught me. I can't wait for tomorrows yoga. Namaste. 🙏🧡☀️

When I started this journey on day 1 I was a depressed man, no self love, addicted to drugs, no close relationships, no self love, my life was the same every day. Now on day 25... I'm a handsome muscled man, flexibel (like never before), my physical problems and dis-eases are gone. I'm strong, positief, energetic, I love my life now, I met very close friends and my future plans are bright and very hopeful. This is only a small part of the experience, so much things changed. I love Adriene with all my heart, she is my example and I have no words to thank her enough for what she did with me and my life. Thank you Adrien, there will come a day that I will thank you with abundance. I know I did it all myself, but you motivated me and you made this journey for me and a lot of other people. Todays practice was so easy to do for me, than any practice before and when I started doing yoga with Adriene I also noticed my back pains left and I feel more at peace with myself. Namaste everyone.
This is my 4th 30 day challenge and its been the hardest and longest for me, ive had to miss days because ive been ill - but this practice felt amazing, and there's only 5 more days to go im proud of myself for continuing - thank you adriene
My son joined me today 😁 he has been finding life back at school hard to accept and so we're encouraging him to practice mindfulness in addition to anything that helps him not feel anxious. And he's even said he wants to journal with me tonight too 🥰 he said he wants to be more zen 🤣 He also said during the practice 'how do women do this, it's hard!?' 💛 Thank you Adriene 🙏 namaste x
My best friend and I are doing this challenge together, and yesterday she texted me that she fell asleep for a little while during corpse pose, in the middle of the day. I thought that was funny and amazing but clearly remember telling myself, "I would not be able to fall asleep during yoga- I wish I could, but I never do". I did this video before I went to bed. I did the yoga and fell asleep in corpse pose for at least 1 or 2 hours!! Thanks, Adriene- you put a sleep spell over both of us (and I love it! I slept perfectly!)
That body scan was really illuminating! It's incredible the amount of power we have to relax when we just become aware of how much we're holding on tight.

The interesting thing is that I met a girl from the states in a bar today and she also watches your videos. Definetely we attrack people, things and situation that have the same vibes. I've had to move my practice to late night for the past couple of days on account of the hot (SO HOT) days, and I've got my windows open to let the cool(er) air in as I was practicing with you (hell yeah! i now "practice" yoga, instead of "doing" or "following along", this makes me so giddy! tangent, but squeee!) and the crickets are singing an awesome orchestra, which I didn't notice before the practice. I guess what I'm trying to say is, wow! Thanks heaps, Adriene! And I giggled when you encouraged us not to look down as we move our feet together, unless, of course, we were at the edge of the cliff. You weren't kidding when you said you thought of everyone when you developed TRUE, haha.
I woke up completely stressed this morning. I realized I was withholding air from myself as I was laying in bed. Did I really think I was undeserving of breath?! I got up and went straight to my mat. Adriene, thank you for always bringing awareness to our breathing. ❤️🧘🏻♀️✨🌬

Today was the hardest day to get on the mat. I haven't felt motivated at all, but I'm glad I put this video on and got into it. I don't want the guilt of missing a day when I've gotten this far with no falter
I started in mid-April, doing a flexibility and balance yoga a few times a week (I had peroneal tendon repair in Dec). Then, May 1, I started a different 30 day program with Adriene. June 1 I started this one. Yesterday should have been my 56th day of yoga, but I felt so horrible at dinner, I went to bed. Woke up this morning and my back was sore from being so long in bed. I decided to do yesterday's yoga, and worried it would be too intense, since day 24 had been so mild. It turned out, this was perfect and exactly what I needed. I will do the Day 26 one tonight. I never thought, at 50, that I would be doing this!!
Love all your 30 days. I'm doing yoga everyday ish but most importantly I'm doing a meditative yoga with my eyes closed most of the time. You're the best teacher ever. Thank's

Just like being kind to myself is a priority, so is being aware. Through finding yoga and meditation, I've been able to calm anxiety and feel emotions when they happen without letting them take me away from the here and now. While I was taking my daily walk, I was trying to be more conscious of my posture. I heard your voice in my head "Head over heart, heart over pelvis" and I kept adjusting myself, and reaching crown to the sky. And then I tuned in to this Day 25 Awareness practice!!!! Adriene, how do you know?!?!?!?!?!? ; ) Yoga with you (and the rest of the folks on this journey) is now the bright spot in my day! Namaste
Confession, I have not done it everyday, so on 2/2/18 I'm on Day 25 of True, call it meant to be by the Universe, but everyday I've come, though not on schedule, it has been exactly what I needed! Thank you Adrienne, I am an instructor too, love your style and heart!
Loved the closing today, and have to tell you I never get out of bed in the morning without doing the reclined pigeon and that pretzel twist! Feels so good!
Thanks Adriene, I really appreciate all your classes and was reminded again today how good your voice instruction is, and wanted to acknowledge all the work that must go into that and thank you for it. I mostly practice with my eyes closed-with an occasional peep at the screen-and your instructions are so clear, and kind.

This may have been my favorite Yoga with Adriene video yet. There's nothing like a good body scan. This reminded me to indulge in a body scan more often. I am loving the True yoga journey. I am excited to finish this series and start another one with Adriene. As always, thanks for a wonderful practice!

I was a little behind because I've traveled back home from a work trip - 24 hours in transit. But to be able to roll out my mat in my own living room after having it in a hotel across the world and just keep up the commitment is such a privilege. Thank you so much!

My cat took every opportunity to be a part of this practice today. So yes, I was very aware of a cat on top of my back in pyramid pose.

Thanks Adriene, I really appreciate all your classes and was reminded again today how good your voice instruction is, and wanted to acknowledge all the work that must go into that and thank you for it. I mostly practice with my eyes closed-with an occasional peep at the screen-and your instructions are so clear, and kind.

The sounds of a naked belly on a rubber mat brought out my inner kid and I spent half the time giggling. Thanks for that! 😄
Also, in my language 'udders' is used as a crude expression for boobs, so I was basically gone right from the start. 😂

This may have been my favorite Yoga with Adriene video yet. There's nothing like a good body scan. This reminded me to indulge in a body scan more often. I am loving the True yoga journey. I am excited to finish this series and start another one with Adriene. As always, thanks for a wonderful practice!
