When I was diagnosed with cancer
Two people gave me Bruce's book
It was hard for me to personally read it.And then I thought I'll listen to his podcast
I believe this is why I'm still alive. Thank you, Bruce.

I was so lucky that the programming I had was happy and warm. From my parents, my extended family, and my community. Grew up in small mountain town in WV. People didn’t have a lot of material things but what everyone did have was community. If I had one wish, it would be that people would toss out their TVs and social media and go talk to their neighbors. ❤

He is so right when he says all his energy. Take more time out of your day to close your eyes and go within visualize and feel what you would love to happen in your life. Sit with that feeling over and over and over again and let it sink in just like Dr. Joe says. Make that a daily routine, that energy after you open your eyes and continue to go back on that thought throughout the day over and over again. Watch how slowly your life will start to change.

I have a very creative mind. I’m 58 woman & I’m building a big stone patio at my house. Immediately people got negative with me! They said, I prefer to pay someone so it’s done right the first time.
I believe in myself & I don’t let peoples negativity stunt my progress. I’m okay with learning from my mistakes, however I try not to make them…

    Dear Aubrey
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the podcast episode you hosted featuring Dr. Bruce Lipton. The conversation was truly enlightening and thought-provoking, and it left a profound impact on me.
The knowledge and insights shared during the episode were exceptional, and I believe they have the potential to make a positive difference in the lives of people worldwide. The way Dr. Lipton explored the intricate connections between biology, environment, and human potential was remarkable.
I want to applaud you for your efforts in bringing such valuable content to your audience. It is evident that you strive to deliver meaningful and transformative experiences through your podcast. The episode with Dr. Lipton stands out as a shining example of the impact that can be made when brilliant minds come together to share their wisdom.

After learning Law of Assumption last year, I have been consciously reprogramming my subconscious mind since last May. Even though I am still among family who do not believe in this and refuse to change, It has taken quite a lot of time investing in new thought forms, habits, and ways of speaking to self, but I am very grateful for changes taking place.

I have figured that reincarnation makes sense in that when I was under 3-4 years old I had recurring Nightmares that I was running from tanks that were firing. I ended up in parents' bed as I was terrified! Then they gradually ended. Was I living in a warzone prior? I also picked up the piano at 3, and was literally addicted to it. I outplayed 3 of my teachers forcing parents to get new ones. Here's the weird part. I saw the movie Playing for Time and freaked out.

Wow, that was just a joke. But seriously, before you start idolizing someone who opposes the theory of evolution, you should do more research. It’s not just about what science has proven regarding evolution-if we observe the world around us, we can see evidence of evolution in everything in the universe.

    • @hamidehatefi1137

It's fascinating to understand how our thoughts and beliefs can shape our life, as beliefs are incredibly powerful. However, I don't see why one would object to Darwin's theory of evolution, especially since it doesn't necessarily contradict your biology of belief theories.

We convince by living it. We are the demonstration.
I don’t know if you are a praying man, but I can’t emphasize the importance of prayer enough. I learned to stop looking outside myself for the answers. Outside is where the snares are. Human beings are not inherently evil, they’re influenced from the minute they become conscious to believe that they are and it’s been happening for centuries.
If we believe we are capable of greatness, then we are. And that works both ways.
I believe in you. Now believe in yourself, and believe in the infinite benevolent energy within you that is on your side. Believe me, that benevolent power is ON YOUR SIDE. I call it God, and that’s my beloved belief system, but you could call it The Flying Spaghetti Monster and it would still exist in the same way and be the same person force driving people to be BETTER.
Don’t succumb to the guilt and shame and fear that is lower consciousness! Tell it to F off. Tell it NO. Say that out loud, believe it, when you have doubt: NO. YES I CAN DO THE RIGHT THING. YES I CAN BE BETTER AND BETTER. YES I DO DESERVE THIS. ❤🙏

One more little thing: last night I was watching your show while into my fitness routine. It was an episode from 10 months ago, with your beautiful wife and the mind architect, where V brought all of her "unwanted" into integration, sharing these vulnerable moments with us all and giving us a glimpse of how beautiful freedom can look and feel like. Magical moments! Thank you both for being so open, so receptive, so supportive and compassionate towards each other. Absolutely spot on; I grew up with domestic violence and saw my father as a very volatile, aggressive person. Coming from an asian culture, you just get on with life and I use to shelter my mother from his violence. Today, in my later years of life, similar to Bruce, I have remained single for my entire life and never had a proper relationship. Sad, however, true and I know deep down inside, it's because I witnessed that abuse as a young child, so my view of marriage and relationships in general was very polluted.

Aubrey Marcus is so in tune that he is not only able to join in intelligently, but he also adds relevant insights that spin the conversation in directions that spark Bruce Lipton in ways I am not used to hearing.

There can never be anything but an amazing interview by Bruce Lipton. When I first heard about his findings in the 2000s, I knew he was on to something profoundly important and life changing, and it changed the trajectory of my life. Unfortunately, the scientific community fails to embrace that Newton had it all wrong and continue to teach lies to students that they will eventually have to unlearn when they hit a wall.

Alright, I have to jump in here and tell the correct people about this. The book of Genesis brings us some amazing truths that need to be told more. Our bodies were designed to live as long as we want. I'm surprised that nobody else is talking about this. I'm currently 72 years old by the calendar. But I'm working my way back to my perfect age of 22. I'm getting stronger every day. Healing my body through self hypnosis. I know that I can live as long as I want so I choose to live a very long life. Look into it. This is as true as what was taught in this podcast. I'm so thankful for both of these gentlemen, sharing their knowledge. So I had to share mine. God bless you both.

One of my favorite exercises when accessing the field is speaking with my inner council.
The inner council is a group of individual personalities that you will call upon to answer questions for you from their perspectives. Since all is one, you need only embody their energy to express them.
One of the members on my council is Sadhguru. I had a wonderful conversation with him yesterday about laziness. I ask him if he thinks I am lazy.
"If you are lazy? We must first consider the concept of what lazy is if we are to be able to determine if we are expressing that state of being. And to know what a thing is, we must first understand what it is not."
What does it mean to be lazy? What does a lazy person do? They sit around all day and do nothing.
What is the opposite of lazy? is it focused? Can you be focused and still be lazy? Is it not possible to be focused on being lazy? Could you say an obsessive aversion to completing tasks is lazy?
Laziness is a state in which your energy is endlessly circling about in an undirected manner. Laziness is no different from being unconscious with your daily affairs. Some people are lucky enough to have had a life which forces them into particular habits that do not from the outside appear lazy.
Then there are those who were possibly not so fortunate, or depending how you look at it, very fortunate. Those who's paths led them to make a serious of decisions which crafted a path for all purposes, appears "lazy."
What is the difference between these two sets of consciousness experiencing a shroud between their awareness and their existence? Nothing.
There is no difference. They simply wound up on different paths.
It's in their similarities that we may discover our answer then. So if there is no difference, then what caused both to land where they are?
A series of actions taken or made unconsciously. The reason is, they simply did not choose it.
"So my friend, no. I do not think you are lazy. I just believe you know no other way."
Bum bum bum...... bombshell conversation! I love you and I love myself!

Love Dr. Bruce! The only thing I want to say is that the sub conscious mind is the higher mind, not lower. Every manifestation teacher says to imprint your intentions into your sub conscious because it is actually the sub conscious that manifests reality. It is the true self, your true nature. The sub conscious is actually in higher frequency and a higher state of consciousness than the conscious, physical mind, or the ego.

Not fight the system that exists but rather he is educating people to survive using a different “system” which is a more equal way! 🤗🌺 I loved your discussion!! Robin

I'm 71 and many of the younger than myself group doesn't realize my generation were moving in the right direction in the 60's and early 70's and are still moving forward . I connected to Bruce and Gregg Braden 20 years ago. Also I myself connected to the traditional tribal people and it was propesied that those of us that were young in the 60's and 70's would grow our hair long and go to the traditional indiginous people and learn from them . When we are seeing now how our culture at the time , did not see a difference in races and cultures and took on the establishment, but over the years as usual "they" infiltrate our groups.
One of the songs of my youth was Everyday People by Sly and the Family Stone. .
    [Verse 1]
Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong
My own beliefs are in my song
The butcher, the banker, the drummer and then
Makes no difference what group I'm in
    [Chorus]
I am everyday people, yeah, yeah
    [Bridge 1]
There is a blue one who can't accept the green one
For living with a fat one, trying to be a skinny one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Refrain]
    Ooh, sha sha
    We got to live together
    [Verse 2]
I am no better and neither are you
We are the same whatever we do
You love me, you hate me, you know me and then
You can't figure out the bag I'm in
    [Chorus]
I am everyday people, yeah, yeah
    You might also like

    Drake
    Flooded The Face
    Lil Uzi Vert
    [Bridge 2]
There is a long hair that doesn't like the short hair
For being such a rich one, that will not help the poor one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Refrain]
    Ooh, sha sha
    We got to live together
    [Bridge 3]
There is a yellow one that won't accept the black one
That won't accept the red one, that won't accept the white one
    Different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Outro Chorus]
    Ooh, sha sha
    I am everyday people

I truly enjoyed and appreciated this commentary. My sentiments exactly regarding the conscious and the sub-conscious mind is powerful. As a licensed therapist i conquer that we are all a product of our environment from the womb to the early age of 7. The programming of our precious little brains from this time frame is critical to what we do,say, and how we act around our children because at the end of the day we become that of which we know and grow up to become confused adults. The deprogramming of the mind is so very important once we realize that we are trapped. However this want happen until we understand that we are spiritual/energy beings moved by frequency and vibrations. Then to disconnect ourselves from the subconscious mental thinking and being afraid and controlled by the !% of those who hold the power. To not be afraid and to let go of the culture from the past from the programming that we learned from our parents and other outside influences. Yes its better to get out of the Wind and into the Eye of the storm. Unity is community to not allow ourselves to become divided from one another as the Plandemic tried to do.

It was a very informative and beautiful episod. Thank you. I liked so much how you talked about peace. And that you mentioned that one of the most important things is that we must pay more attention on what makes us people alike. To come to gether. To make peace between groups. Becouse today different groups and cultures tend to seperate us and we have preconceptions of eachother witch couses us to be afraid of people couse they seem diffrent than us. I thought about this many years ago and tried to find things that makes us alike. One thing is that we all have scelletons. Yea, under our skin- and haircoulour we all look pretty much the same. We are very alike, biologically. But also we all share the same jurning for love, friendship, closeness, we all have dreams. We all want to belong somewere and we all are beutiful creations. I like also how you talked about how the church has used its power so tragically. That was not Jesus intention Im sure. I liked how you talked about the serenity prayer. So the real christian faith and what Jesus taked about has nothing to do with taking power. Im sure he didnt want that to happen. It has been missused by people who wanted power and its tradgic. So nice to hear about how you can change your subconsciouses and how to reprogram your brain. Thankful that you share this information for us to see, and thankful for your work. Inspiering!

Im so thankful I started to read on internet a few years ago and found out about that you can change your mindset and your thoughts and turned my whole life around. Now Im so glad to see this again and be reminded, to keep up the work of rewiering my brain once again. After some rough years. To get to the root with some unconscious belives, looking forward to see my healingjourney move forward. I belive, and so I have seen that prayer is very powerful and have made miracles in my life so far. So have positive thinking and mindfullness and healthy food. I know whats right and healty, thanks for the inspiration to stick with that and choose the healty things. Thank you
