Can you add white wine in place of water? Or would it give it a weird taste ?

I say give it a try, instead of using oil, use butter, reduce the white wine with minced garlic, and make like a nice white wine buttery sauce for the carrots. Always best to experiment your ideas and see where it goes.

Good luck! I just bought these carrots myself the other day and might try it myself. I don't know how sweet these carrots are. The only caution with the white wine is not to make it overly sweet.@@Kaydeep94
