    Before we get all the dowsing rod debunkers: We know they are controversial. We know India’s hands slightly shake. She tried her best to keep as still as possible. Also remember that the idea of dowsing rods is that spirits use your energy to move them much like how a Ouija board planchette won’t move on it’s own. That’s why you hold the rods and they don’t just sit by themselves. We are not asking you to believe anything we are simply documenting our experiences. This was just a method we had been asked to try and gave it a go for a bit of fun and something different. Please remain respectful in your comments. Thank you.

      Those rods were quite interesting. I think the spirits there werent very powerful compared to the other ones you've documented, it seems like the rods were the easiest thing they could manipulate, aside from the spirit box.

    I love Savannah!! I've been there twice..once during News Years, so the bed and breakfast we stayed at was still decorated for Christmas. Beautiful!. Then the second time was at Halloween, so we went on the spooky ghost tour..that included dinner at the Pirate House and tour in the cellar..was awesome!! Hope to make it back there again one day 🤗

    Wow!!! BEST investigation yet! Just a curiosity as to how spirits answer if asked... Is there any type of higher power and/or authority? Blows my mind the absolute TALENT you both have! Such a special and unique gift you are sharing with us. Haters can always go to a different channel, if not ,then they're not haters, there skeptics with bad embarrassing attitudes!! SMH! LOL. NO room for that waste of space here. You both always need to remember, for every hater there are 10 supporters cheering you on. U focus on all the good you bring into our homes and the sky is the limit!!!! You are so loved and cherished around the world, don't ever forget that!! Stay safe out there and remember we have your back, ALWAYS! HEAPS OF CUDDLES FROM CHICAGO!❣️

    Hi Conner, hi India! WoW! Great job to you both. Oh I loved the dowsing rods. I have seen them work many times. And I believe you connected with a spirit there during that session. India, I loved your questions. The questions everyone wants to know, so thank you. The only thing that made me wonder is they cannot see us. In my opinion, I believe it’s because they can’t answer certain questions. That’s where faith comes into play. But a great video, great questions, incredible editing and congratulations!! I noticed the name change. Thank you for always keeping it legit and authentic. I am looking forward to your next video. Take care!!

    Excellent investigation, thoroughly enjoyed it. Spot on in your questioning with the dowsing rods. Lol, like everything paranormal, everyone has an opinion and a belief. Regardless, without trying new or different techniques this field of interest would remain stagnant. Through many decades; yup, that old, always keep an open mind and be willing to experiment; after all...all we really have are theories. And phenomenal job, and undoubtedly a ton of time, editing and compiling this for us to view. Keep up the great work; be well and stay safe out there 🙏🏼

    Another great episode. I love that you try different methods and i hope you use the rods again, can you ask them if communicating with you makes them tired, just to see if we can find out if that is why communication just stops sometimes? Also sceptics are really never going to believe most if not all methods, they will always think you are tricking us in some way. I would say if you find a method that you love and know is working for you, stick with it regardless of what people say... you know the truth!

    • @ParanormalEncounters

  • @gerrywood5325
    @gerrywood5325 2 роки тому

    Placing the dowsing rods in a block of wood and sitting that in front of you might end a lot of the controversy about their use. If a spirit is near, and wants to communicate with you, it shouldn't matter if the dowsing rods are mounted on a solid foundation. Also, there is a devise I thought of years ago that requires the use of three small lights. The lights would be connected to a simple battery pack with three very sensitive buttons. One would be white for yes, red for no and blue for maybe. I haven't created this devise yet, but if you know someone who could ask them to make you one.

    Almost thirty-eight minutes, and it felt like five. Liked the dowsing rod session. Not much of a fan of the spirit box in general, as i feel the slower the scan rate, the greater the chance of just receiving normal signal broadcasting. However, there is the occasional voice that pops through that seems to be more of an audible phenomena acoustically than a transmission through the box. The voice at 16:44, 'Upstairs', sounded more like an audible phenomena in that it did not share in the echo and residual delay effects the other voices had.
    I like the device you use in conjunction with the spirit box. Having all of that normal static hiss filtered out is a very welcome treat to the ears.

    • @ParanormalEncounters
      @ParanormalEncounters  4 роки тому +1

      The "Upstairs voice in person sounded like a child to be honest. We can also hear it more clearly from the on camera microphone too. We used the spiritbox again on the balcony that wasn't shown in the episode and had the same voice come through as well. We are glad it felt like it went fast. Thank you so much for continuing to support our channel. 👻

    I have a very lengthy but two-parts comment, I am afraid. First one just as every-day citizen liking spooky things:
    That was pretty cool episode, never saw anyone using dowsing rod before, but I think you performed it quite admirably! You definitely got connection going, though clearly directness of answers got India spooked ;)
    And I am afraid the second part as a very grumpy but concerned party:
    As for the portal... it's wasted effort. I've spent a lot of hours into research of this phenomenon. It's all about operator and device is just a medium. You two obviously have some magnetic pull for spirits, it's yet another episode when spirit said they like Connor (16:13 when Connor asks the spirits if they want to come through and talk, spirit says "We like the man", which I would interpret as them referring to Connor).
    So far you're like kids playing with matches. You're sceptic and have fun until you encounter negative entity powerful enough to come through portal and scare you into feeding it the energy it wants - and because you obviously do not perform any cleansing rituals* you're going to take it home. All you have as a defence so far is your common sense and scepticism (that's why you got spooked with dowsing rod - it rammed through that wall of scepticism). You can achieve far more with the portal as far as direct answers to your questions but you need to adopt ethics of working with paranormal beforehand.
    I really like the way your channel is going, but the two of you are standing on the crossroad. Either you go as you are and end up Paranormal Tourists completely geared to entertain but pretty soon feeling unfulfilled, or you take a turn into the alley of unexplainable by science instrumental trans-communication (ITC): establishing contact with entities believed to be the dead. The spirits burdened by negative energy of the life lived that sank beneath our plane of existence and thus are unable to ascend into the higher planes, until they find the light within themselves. (Don't offer your energy, tell them to find their own within themselves, tell them to leave after each session, don't believe when they declare themselves Satan, Jesus, God or something similar. Don't call upon the loved ones, if they happen to be in higher planes they will be very upset you dragged them down into slums of existence.) Or something.
    Above all: don't look into abyss if you do not wish for anything in it to look back at you.
    A Very Spooky Halloween to you!
    ---
    *if you indeed do perform any opening or closing rituals but off the camera, please say so, I am pretty sure I am not the only person concerned with your safety from paranormal.

    • @ParanormalEncounters
      @ParanormalEncounters  4 роки тому

      Thanks for watching! We don’t believe that the paranormal will cause us any harm. That idea comes from a lot of tv shows pushing the idea of demons and bad spirits. However, we do regularly sage our home to make it feel peaceful. Happy Halloween!

    When using the dousing rods and asking about whether the dead can see the living, it answered no, but when asked to point to Connor, it did so consistently. 🤔 Honestly, I found the method really intriguing!

    • @Silver0Crow
      @Silver0Crow 4 роки тому +1

      Everything is energy. When Indiana asked if the spirit can see living, she was probably thinking about whether spirits can see as normal humans can so the entity answered no. As for why the spirit knew where Connor is, the answer is simple: everything int this world is energy, especially spirits, so its quite easy to deduct that spirits can sense us by our energy (And it explains quite neatly why troubled people get stalked by bad spirits - negative energy, and why pious people claim they've been visited by gods/angles - positive energy).
      Either way that's the most popular opinion in the field, right now.
      Edit: my bad grammar

    Normally I don't watch shows with ghost hunters because I found too many of them to be annoying. But you guys were much more down to earth and not being dramatic. I was able to watch all the way through! Just be careful. You don't want anything attaching to you. I had a few extremely scary incidents happen to me on a ghost tour in Dublin, OH a few years ago. It was one of the most frightening things I ever experienced. It was as if I was a ghost magnet. LOL. So I know first hand they are real. My husband and I were there to hear the stories never dreaming that the ghost of a man who committed suicide would gravitate towards me that evening. I saw it and felt it, (he kicked me twice!). So yes, I am glad I found this to watch this evening. All of you did great. Thanks for sharing ☺️.

    I'm so happy yall came to Georgia. Savannah is quite a place for the paranormal. Being as that region is super old back to the Colony times it's a hotbed. There is a massive cemetery out there you'd be out there for hours looking around. Pretty much you'd never be bored on the paranormal in that town. I'm more up here in the Metro Atlanta area. So glad yall used the Dowsing rods. I've been one of the ones begging yall to do them Lol. I find them cool and straight to the point. I always ask "What is your yes response" then I ask "What is your no response" to establish a response on the spirits own terms. I can go through dates and names and get proper good yes and no responses. I have tried to see if it would contradict itself and mine haven't yet. I never feel scared or anything. I have asked religious questions and life after death questions because who wouldn't be curious? Hope yall use them in the future! :)
    Great video guys and I hope for more in the future. I love getting a history video too especially of these super older places.

    I haven't watched the video yet, but there is a security guard in Savannah Georgia and I've watched him on live streams and that whole area is haunted. The park you were in outside the theater has a female voice that asks if you have seen her children. Forsyth park, near the water fountain has a female who has said (in different investigations and EVPs) help, she's drowning, you broke her heart, her name is Julia, she hums and someone whistles. There is also a flowery perfume. She sometimes touches people. It's crazy.
    But if you really want to get scared, find voodoo woods. The security guard will investigate with you. That place is off the hook. Voices, growls, hisses, things thrown, things moving, possible confederate apparition, the list goes on. Bring back up batteries and flashlights and recording devices with really good mics. We hear stuff whispered pretty much the whole time. It's trippy.
    Good luck, have fun! Do a live when things get hopping, then no one can say it's staged.

    Can you ask on the dousing rods if their earthbound body's last name beginning with a letter of the alphabet on or above the letter N? After that answer, you can narrow it down until you complete their initials. You would be able to research the possibilities of identifying them, right

      We didn’t think to try that at the time of filming but we will next time!

    Please forgive me if I'm so wrong but at Savannah which the most investigating teams say that is Americas most haunted town isn't also the Moon Brewery? So if I'm not wrong then you should know about the Paranormals Quest team experience right?😱😲

      @@ParanormalEncounters Ok thank you but you didn't answer me if you know about their experience. Check it out and maybe Moon River could be your next location to investigate. I also should say good morning, because here at Greece is 4:44 in the morning. However keep on the good work 😉

    I appreciate the hyperbole but this is far from the most haunted city in America. Try somewhere in Louisiana, New Orleans area

      I’m terribly sorry. How do we hire you to come in and tell us somewhere is haunted? We’ve been so lost without you Mr. Gonzalez.
